Term and Option to Extend. The initial term of this Lease will commence on the Effective Date and expire on the Expiration Date. The Tenant may extend the Term of this Lease for [two] additional [two]-year extension term(s), on all the same terms and conditions (except for Rent, which will increase during extension Terms as provided below) contained in this Lease, by notifying the Landlord in writing of the Tenant’s election to do so not less than 30 days before the expiration date of the then-current Term, as the case may be. The initial term and any applicable extension term are referred to in this Lease as the “Term.”
Term and Option to Extend. The Lease term shall be seven (7) years following the Commencement Date (the “Term”). Notwithstanding the previous sentence, the Term will always terminate on the last day of the eighty-fourth (84th) full calendar month following the Commencement Date. Lessee shall have one (1) option to extend the Term for five (5) years, pursuant to Rider No. One attached hereto.
Term and Option to Extend. The term of this Contract begins on the contract date and ends upon the expiration of this Contract, as indicated on the cover of this Contract. County may extend the term at its sole option one or more times, for a total period no greater than 3 years, upon provision of written notice to Contractor no less than 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Term and Option to Extend. 1023 The Term of this Agreement shall commence March 1, 2015 (Commencement Date) and continue in full 1024 force for a period of ten (10) years, through and including February 28, 2025, unless the Agreement is 1025 extended in accordance with this Section or terminated pursuant to Article 14. 14.Between the Effective 1026 Date and Commencement Date, Contractor shall perform all activities necessary to prepare itself to start 1027 providing services required by this Agreement on the Commencement Date. 1028 At the CCCSWA’s sole discretion, the Term of this Agreement may be extended, for up to twenty‐four 1029 (24) months after February 28, 2025 (i.e., until February 28, 2027), in one or more periods specified by 1030 the CCCSWA. Such extensions shall be conditioned upon the Contractor’s achievement of the two 1031 performance standards defined in Section 4.2, each of which may be waived by the CCCSWA, in its sole 1032 discretion. If the CCCSWA elects to exercise this option to extend the Term, it shall give written notice 1033 of its election to the Contractor, specifying the number of months by which it wishes to extend the 1034 Term, one hundred eighty (180) calendar days Days prior to the expiration date then existing under this 1035 Agreement. 1036 Prior to extending the Term, the Parties shall meet and confer to discuss depreciation of Collection 1037 vehicle and Containers in service and future acquisition needs and related costs, if any. The Parties shall 1038 agree on how depreciation and interest expenses shall be treated during the extension period. Parties 1039 shall analyze whether, and if so, how much the depreciation and interest expenses may be reduced for 1040 equipment that is fully depreciated and how to address depreciation and interest expense of any 1041 equipment that will need to be purchased during the extension period under consideration. The 1042 CCCSWA Executive Director shall make the final determination in the event any disputes arise regarding 1043 depreciation and interest expenses during the extension period. 1044 The CCCSWA has no obligation to renegotiate, renew, or extend the rights granted to Contractor beyond 1045 the initial ten‐year (10‐year) Term of the Agreement. 1046 4.2 Extension Conditions 1047 Any extension to the Term of the Agreement is conditional upon Contractor meeting the following two 1048 requirements, each or either of which may be waived by the CCCSWA:

At City’s sole discretion, this Agreement may be extended one or more times without amendment for a period of no more than five (5) additional years for a total Term that does not extend beyond June 30, 2037. If City desires to extend the Agreement, City shall provide the Contractor with written notice of its decision to extend the Agreement at least one (1) year before the expiration of the initial Term and at least six (6) months before the expiration of any extended term. Such notice by City shall specify the duration of the extension. Between the Effective Date and Commencement Date, Contractor shall perform all activities necessary to prepare itself to start providing services required by this Agreement on the Commencement Date.
Term and Option to Extend. The Term of this Agreement shall commence July 1, 2018 (Commencement Date) and continue in full force for a period of eleven (11) years, through and including June 30, 2029, unless the Agreement is extended in accordance with this Section or terminated pursuant to Article 11. Between the Effective Date and Commencement Date, Contractor shall perform all activities necessary to prepare itself to provide Services required by this Agreement on the Commencement Date. At the City’s sole discretion, the Term of this Agreement may be extended, for up to sixty (60) months after June 30, 2029 (i.e., until June 30, 2034), in one or more periods specified by the City. Such extensions shall be conditioned upon the Contractor’s achievement of the two (2) performance standards defined in Section 4.2, each of which may be waived by the City, in its sole discretion. If the City elects to exercise this option to extend the Term, it shall give written notice of its election to the Contractor, specifying the number of months by which it wishes to extend the Term, one hundred eighty (180) Days prior to the expiration date then existing under this Agreement. The City has no obligation to renegotiate, renew, or extend the rights granted to Contractor beyond the initial eleven-year (11-year) Term of the Agreement.
Term and Option to Extend. 161 The Term of this Agreement shall commence January 1, 2024 (Commencement Date) and continue in full 162 force for a period of twenty (20) years, through and including December 31, 2043, unless the Agreement 163 is extended in accordance with this Section or terminated pursuant to Section 10.2. Upon the 164 Commencement date, the Prior Agreement shall terminate. 165 At County’s sole discretion, this Agreement may be extended one or more times on the same terms and 166 conditions without amendment for a period of no more than five (5) additional years for a total Term that 167 does not extend beyond March 31, 2049. If County desires to extend the Agreement, County shall provide 168 the Contractor with written notice of its decision to extend the Agreement at least one (1) year before 169 the expiration of the initial Term and at least six (6) months before the expiration of any extended term. 170 Such notice by County shall specify the duration of the extension. 171 Between the Effective Date and the Commencement Date, Contractor shall perform all activities 172 necessary to prepare itself to start providing services required by this Agreement on the Commencement 173 Date.
Term and Option to Extend. (a) The Term of this Lease, which, subject to subparagraph 3(b) below, shall be for the period set forth in paragraph I above and shall commence on the date set forth in paragraph I above.
