Term of Membership. 1. The members of the Committee are appointed for an indefinite term.
2. Vacancies are filled by the organizations in question within one month of the date on which they arise.
Term of Membership. The membership shall commence on the date Club Operator approves and accepts Member's Application, as set forth below, and shall continue in effect until terminated as provided in the Policies.
Term of Membership. 4.01 The Member acknowledges that upon the signing of this Agreement and the payment of the initial membership fee that it will maintain membership in the Corporation, subject to cancellation, termination or suspension of the Member’s membership by the Board or the Members pursuant to the By-laws, for a period of not less than three years from the date hereof. Subsequent to the initial three year term, membership in the Corporation, and the obligations flowing from membership, shall be considered renewed annually, unless the Member gives a written notice addressed to the Board by registered mail of its intention to withdraw from the Corporation. In that event, the Member shall be considered to have withdrawn from the Corporation 180 days from the date of the notice. Subject to the initial three year membership obligation, a Member may give notice of its intention to withdraw from the Corporation at any time. The Member’s membership may also be cancelled, terminated and/or suspended by the Corporation (acting through the Board) or the members of the Corporation in the manner and in the circumstance(s) set out in the By-Laws.
Term of Membership. Any member may resign from the Advisory Board by giving written or electronic notice to the chairperson and said resignation will be effective immediately upon receipt of such notice. Resigning members are encouraged to identify and nominate a replacement member.
Term of Membership. Membership in the Corporation must be renewed on an annual basis and will only be retained as long as a Member meets its respective qualifications, obligations, and conditions of membership as set forth in these Bylaws. Membership is conditioned on the annual payment of Membership Fees, unless the Membership Fees are waived by the Board for good cause shown, as determined in the Board’s sole discretion.
Term of Membership. Program Membership is on a quarterly / 3-month basis (based on a calendar year).
Term of Membership. The Plantation Membership shall commence on the date that Member acquired title to Member’s Unit and shall continue in effect until terminated as provided in The Club Governing Documents at such time as Member no longer owns Member’s Unit or any other Unit within Kukui`ula. If Member has elected to acquire a Golf Membership, such Golf Membership shall commence on the date of execution of this Agreement by both The Club and Member, as set forth under their signatures below, and the Member’s payment of the Golf Membership Fee (as defined in the Covenant) and shall continue in effect until terminated as provided in The Club Governing Documents, being such time Member no longer owns Member’s Unit or any other Unit within Kukui`ula or sooner in the event of a voluntary termination and resale of the Golf Membership.
Term of Membership. Members of the Health and Safety Committee hold office for a term of not less than one (1) year and may continue to hold office until their successors are appointed. Members of the Health and Safety Committee may be re- appointed for further terms. A worker member of the Health and Safety Committee may be replaced at any time during that member’s term of office by the Union. A list of the members of the Health and Safety Committee for each Lodge will be posted in a conspicuous location in the Lodge, and new hires will be introduced to the Health and Safety Committee member(s) in their department as part of their orientation. Worker members of the Health and Safety Committee will be appointed by the Union from the workers who are part of the bargaining unit to provide proper representation from each department (for example: Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance, Front Desk, Laundry). In the event that the Union is unable to appoint worker members to the Health and Safety Committee, the Company and the Union shall meet forthwith and both parties shall make immediate efforts to recruit and appoint worker members. To be eligible to be appointed a worker member, a person must work at the work site where the Health and Safety Committee is established. At any time a Union staff representative may attend meetings as an observer. Company members of the Health and Safety Committee must be appointed to the committee by the Company in such a manner as to ensure there is representation from each department and will include the Lodge Manager and a member of the BCE Safety Department. At any time, a senior Company representative may attend meetings as an observer. The Health and Safety Committee must have two (2) Co-Chairs. Worker members must select one (1) Co-Chair from among themselves. Company members must select one (1) Co-Chair from among themselves.
Term of Membership. Membership in NPCC shall be retained so long as a Member meets its respective qualifications, obligations, and conditions of membership as set forth in this Article IV.
Term of Membership. The membership begins on date purchased for the period specified and w continues until terminated by either party under conditions stated herein. Memberships run continuously, and no temporary suspensions are allowed because of travel schedules or personal needs.
