Termination of Employment and Sick Leave. 1. An employee re-employed by the Board who, since leaving the employ of this Board, has been employed by other Ohio boards of education or by state, county or municipal governments of Ohio, shall receive full credit for sick leave accumulated both in prior employ of the Board and in the employ of other agencies listed above as shown in the records of the employing organization in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code; however, such credit for sick leave shall not exceed the maximum number of days for sick leave granted by the Board to employees.
