TERMS OF LEASE AGREEMENT. The term of this Lease Agreement shall be from January 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020 (the “Term”) and shall terminate on July 31, 2020 without further action of either of the Parties.

The 30-day period required by Nevada law for the 40 return of the security deposits still applies. The property must be returned in the same general condition as the TENANT(S) 41 occupied the property. Upon TENANT(S) request, Broker/Designated Property Manager will attempt to find a new home to 42 rent/lease/purchase for TENANT(S). 1 D. □ Other:
TERMS OF LEASE AGREEMENT. This Lease shall become null and void on November 1 of each year and the seasonal camping space covered by this Lease shall revert to the City of Litchfield. This Lease is renewable by the Lessee at the option of the City of Litchfield after the Lessee has complied with all rules and regulations as set forth by the City of Litchfield and all applicable fees required by the City of Litchfield have been paid. The City of Litchfield reserves the right to refuse Lease renewal as determined to be necessary by the City of Litchfield or its designee. This lease may be terminated at any time during the leasing period for violation of the rules and regulations governing camping in Bi-Centennial Campground as set forth by the City of Litchfield.
TERMS OF LEASE AGREEMENT. Without prejudice to the rights and title of the Owner with respect to the Managed Containers, the Manager shall arrange for the leasing of the Managed Containers pursuant to Lease Agreements that may be in its own name as principal, and not as agent of the Owner; provided, however, that it is understood and agreed that the Manager is acting thereunder solely as agent of the Owner and such Lease Agreements shall contain language stating that certain of the Containers subject to such Lease Agreement may be owned by third parties. The Manager shall be required to disclose to GE SeaCo the interests of the Owner in and to any Managed Containers and the fact that the Manager is acting only as an agent of the Issuer. Subject to the terms of the Instruction Letter, the Manager shall invoice and collect from lessees all rental payments and other amounts due under and pursuant to the Lease Agreements relating to the Managed Containers.
