TEST SUCCESS CRITERIA. The Test Success Criteria for all Tests shall be agreed between the Parties as part of the relevant Testing Strategy Plan pursuant to paragraph 80 of this Call Off Schedule. Following approval of a Testing Strategy Plan, the Supplier shall develop the Test Specification for the relevant Deliverables as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event at least 10 Working Days (or such other period as the Parties may agree in the Test Strategy or otherwise agree in writing) prior to the start of the relevant Testing (as specified in the Implementation Plan). Each Test Specification shall include as a minimum: the specification of the Test data, including its source, scope, volume and management, a request (if applicable) for relevant Test data to be provided by the Customer and the extent to which it is equivalent to live operational data; a plan to make the resources available for Testing; Test scripts; Test pre-requisites and the mechanism for measuring them; and expected Test results, including: a mechanism to be used to capture and record Test results; and a method to process the Test results to establish their content.

TEST SUCCESS CRITERIA. The Test Success Criteria for: 6.1 each Test that must be Achieved for the Supplier to Achieve either the ATP Milestone or a CPP Milestone will be aligned with the with the Network Rail’s “IT Delivery Lifecycle” and are set out in Annex 4 to this Schedule; and 6.2 all other Tests shall be agreed between the Parties as part of the relevant Test Plan pursuant to paragraph 5.
TEST SUCCESS CRITERIA. 2.1 The Supplier shall provide the Customer with details of its Test Success Criteria on or before the applicable date set out in the Implementation Plan. 2.2 The Customer shall, within the time period provided in the Implementation Plan, either approve or reject the applicable Test Success Criteria by giving written notice to the Supplier. The Customer shall only be entitled to reject any of the Test Success Criteria on the basis that, and by detailing the manner in which, the specific Test Success Criteria require the Supplier's System or the Managed Services to function and perform in a manner which is outside the scope of the Service Requirements or the Managed Services Specification. 2.3 If the Customer rejects any of the Test Success Criteria pursuant to paragraph 2.2, the Supplier may submit a revised version of the applicable Test Success Criteria to the Customer. 2.4 Once the Supplier has satisfied itself that it has completed the Implementation Services, it shall allow the Customer to conduct the applicable User Acceptance Tests. The Supplier shall ensure that the applicable elements of the Supplier's System are ready for the commencement of the applicable User Acceptance Tests by the applicable date set out in the Implementation Plan. 2.5 The Customer shall complete the applicable User Acceptance Tests within the period set out in the Implementation Plan for the conduct of the applicable User Acceptance Tests. The Supplier shall provide such assistance as may be reasonably required by the Customer in the conduct of such User Acceptance Tests and the Supplier may be present at such User Acceptance Tests. 2.6 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, the Supplier's System meets all of the criteria for the applicable User Acceptance Tests, the Customer shall notify the Supplier in writing that the Supplier's System has passed the applicable User Acceptance Tests. 2.7 Regardless of the successful completion of the applicable User Acceptance Tests, the Supplier shall remain responsible for the risk that the Supplier's System functions and performs in accordance with the Service Requirements, the Managed Services Specification and the Service Level Arrangements at all times during the Term.
TEST SUCCESS CRITERIA. The Test Success Criteria for the Milestone Achievement Certificates have been agreed by the parties prior to the Effective Date and are set out in Appendix C.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Acceptance Criteria The Services and Deliverables must meet the following acceptance criteria or the JBE may reject the applicable Services or Deliverables.   • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).
