Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.
Engineering Support When requested by CLEC, CBT shall provide timely engineering support. CLEC shall pay CBT for the use of its engineering services at charges previously agreed to by CLEC.
Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:
Callout The following provisions shall apply to Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees: (a) An employee who is called back to work by the City at any time after completing a regular shift, except where such employee is required to work overtime as a consequence of an oral or written notice given prior to the end of the employee's previous shift as provided in Clause 7.31, shall be paid at the rate of double the employee's normal rate of pay for the time actually worked and in addition thereto shall be paid one (1) hour at double the normal rate of pay for travelling time to and from home. Except as otherwise provided under this Clause 4.5(b) an employee who is called back to work under this Clause 4.5 shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours (the minimum includes one (1) hour for travelling time) at double the employee's normal rate of pay. Notwithstanding the callout minimum, an employee who is at the work place prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift and who is required to commence work prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift, shall be paid in accordance with the overtime provisions for the actual time worked prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift. (b) If, after a callout, an additional call or calls are made upon the employee before the expiry of the minimum three (3) hour period or before arrival home, whichever shall last occur, the additional call or calls shall not qualify the employee for an additional minimum three (3) hour period or periods but the employee shall be paid at double the employee's normal rate of pay for the time actually worked and an additional one (1) hour at double the normal rate of pay for travelling time to and from home. Where two (2) separate calls are completed by an employee within a three (3) hour period the employee shall be paid at double the employee's normal rate of pay for a minimum of four (4) hours (the minimum includes two (2) hours for travelling time). (c) For the purposes of this Clause 4.5 a callout shall commence ½ hour before actual commencement of work for which the employee was called back and terminate ½ hour after actual completion of such work. The ½ hour at the commencement and termination of the callout time is the travelling time allowed the employee hereunder.

Contracted Services PPG and Member Physicians shall render Contracted Services which are not PPG Capitated Services to Members covered under this Addendum B and shall be compensated on a fee-for-service basis at the rates set forth in Addendum E. PPG shall submit claims in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and State and federal law.
TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
