Testing Support. Purpose To outline the contractor’s responsibilities during system testing. Content The contractor will monitor testing results, conference at least twice weekly during testing with State to discuss identified problems, and promptly develop a resolution to the identified problems. Acceptance State will review progress made with identified problems during testing and when all are resolved to the State’s satisfaction, this deliverable will be considered completed.

Testing Support. Starboard will support Unit Testing, End-to-End Testing with the TAA IT team, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by the TAA Maintenance and IT teams. Starboard will monitor the testing log and work to resolve any reported defects. UAT will be performed in the Test Maximo environment and verify the integration is working as designed. Testing will include both the inbound meter data and the follow up work generation.
Testing Support. Provide engineering testing at the Auburn Hills and Caro Test Centers consistent with past custom and practice, at no charge, for a period of one year from the Closing Date, with respect to the Business subject to customary disclaimers for the automotive testing industry.
Testing Support. The Contractor shall provide all testing necessary to accomplish the Government's requirements. The Contractor shall provide testing support, using one or more of a variety of approaches, specific to the Government's needs and delivery order requirements. Testing support may include, but is not limited to, hardware, software, system, and network testing, and may include, at a minimum, such tasks as: test plan development installation and operational testing of equipment system and software development testing system and software qualification testing system and software acceptance testing independent system and software validation testing network testing, both before and after integration activities

  • Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.

  • Engineering Support When requested by CLEC, CBT shall provide timely engineering support. CLEC shall pay CBT for the use of its engineering services at charges previously agreed to by CLEC.

  • Research Support (a) Having regard to the resources reasonably available for such purposes, the Operator will cooperate with AHS to provide such participation by its Staff as may be reasonable in relation to the carrying out of research within the Province. (b) The Operator agrees to promptly notify AHS in the event that it undertakes or agrees to participate in any form of clinical trial, research project, instrument use, or similar activity which in any way relates to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Operator shall, upon request, provide AHS with written evidence of Client disclosure and consent to research.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT Partners may provide support for Products and other value-added services, and Partner is responsible for the performance of any services it provides. If Customer purchases Microsoft Support Services through a Partner, Microsoft will be responsible for the performance of those services subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Callout (a) Callout is to be defined as being called back to work at any time following completion of a Regular Full-Time Employee's or a Temporary Full-Time Employee's regular shift except when pre-scheduled by notice provided prior to the end of the employee's previous regular shift which is defined as overtime in Clause 7. (b) A Regular Full-Time Employee or Temporary Full-Time Employee who is called back to work shall be paid double time for the time actually worked plus one (1) hour's allowance for traveling to and from home, with a minimum of three (3) hours' pay at double the rate of pay. (The minimum includes one (1) hour for traveling time.) (c) If additional calls are made upon the Regular Full-Time Employee or Temporary Full-Time Employee prior to the expiry of the three (3) hour period or prior to arrival home, whichever last occurs, such additional calls shall not attract an additional three (3) hours minimum, but the employee shall be paid for the time actually worked plus an additional one (1) hour's allowance for traveling to and from home. If two separate callouts are completed within a three (3) hour period, the minimum payment shall be four (4) hours at double the rate of pay. (The minimum includes two (2) hours for traveling time.) (d) Notwithstanding the callout minimum, an employee who is at the work place prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift and who is required to commence work prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift, shall be paid in accordance with the overtime provisions for the actual time worked prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift.

  • Contracted Services PPG and Member Physicians shall render Contracted Services which are not PPG Capitated Services to Members covered under this Addendum B and shall be compensated on a fee-for-service basis at the rates set forth in Addendum E. PPG shall submit claims in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and State and federal law.
