Network Testing Sample Clauses

The Network Testing clause establishes the requirements and procedures for evaluating the performance and reliability of a network before it is accepted or put into full operation. Typically, this clause outlines the specific tests to be conducted, the standards or benchmarks that must be met, and the responsibilities of each party during the testing process. For example, it may require the network to demonstrate a certain level of uptime or data throughput under simulated usage conditions. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the network meets agreed-upon technical standards, thereby reducing the risk of future disputes or failures after deployment.
