User Training. The BA shall provide, and shall ensure that BA subcontractors, provide, training on PHI privacy and security, including HIPAA and HITECH and its regulations, to each employee or agent that will access, use or disclose Protected Information, upon hire and/or prior to accessing, using or disclosing Protected Information for the first time, and at least annually thereafter during the term of the Agreement. BA shall maintain, and shall ensure that BA subcontractors maintain, records indicating the name of each employee or agent and date on which the PHI privacy and security trainings were completed. BA shall retain, and ensure that BA subcontractors retain, such records for a period of seven years after the Agreement terminates and shall make all such records available to CE within 15 calendar days of a written request by CE.

User Training. The parties agree to train authorized users accessing information under this Agreement on relevant statutes prescribing confidentiality and safeguarding requirements, disclosure prohibitions, and penalties for unauthorized access or disclosure. The parties shall have the right to review disclosure training and request or suggest any changes necessary. The parties shall maintain past and current lists of individuals attending training and the related training materials.
User Training. All Users of the HMIS will receive general HMIS User Training and Security and Ethics prior to receiving login credentials to the HMIS. Additionally, all HMIS Users shall receive updated Security and Ethics training annually. CONTRACTOR
User Training. If user training is a service provided and included on the Estimate and/or Proposal and/or Quote (“User Training”), Client acknowledges that the User Training is only for those users who have a reasonable level of proficiency in operating systems (and computers generally), and then only for a reasonable period of time necessary to perform such training. Such training only includes basic operation and troubleshooting of the equipment and software installed by Crunchsoft and does not include remedial or basic computer training.
User Training. The Customer must ensure that all of its authorised users have received adequate training in the use of the Equipment and/or Pre- Existing Equipment before its operation and undertake to ensure that any additional authorised users receive similar training and if applicable, to pay Chubb’s reasonable fees for this training. The Customer shall promptly arrange for its authorised users to be fully conversant with the procedures contained in any manuals or guides for the Equipment, the Pre-Existing Equipment and the Security Services, whether or not issued by Chubb, and undertakes to ensure that additional authorised users are also made fully conversant with these procedures. The Customer will promptly notify Chubb if the Customer or any of its authorised users have any difficulty in understanding or implementing the provisions contained in any owner’s guide for the Equipment or user guides for the Security Services that may be issued by Chubb. Without limiting the foregoing, the Customer shall also ensure that all of its authorised users are fully aware of the Monitoring Instructions and the provisions of clause 5 below.
User Training. 5.2.1 StarTraq will provide the Customer with up to 16 hours of remote User training. The cost of this is included within installation fee payable under the Agreement. Additional User Training sessions may be purchased at the price stated in the Agreement or at £100 per hour. 5.2.2 The Customer shall provide StarTraq with a list of the Users that it foresees using the Software together with a description of the part of the process that each User will be operating on the Software. Where the Customer wants to prohibit any particular User from specific functionalities or from the ability to access certain information, such prohibitions should be provided to StarTraq in writing. 5.2.3 In order to assist the Customer in determining which members of staff should perform which functions in the Software, StarTraq, together with the relevant managers at the Customer, will, from the Customer’s organogram, determine who the Users should be. 5.2.4 If upon StarTraq meeting with each User, StarTraq considers that such User needs to enhance his/ her basic computer skills, StarTraq will provide a written report to the Master User or Technical Administrator with the suggested training courses that such User should undergo. 5.2.5 StarTraq will provide the Customer’s Users with the following types of training: 5.2.5.1 Remote work activities training at the outset – subject to sufficient User Training sessions having been purchased, StarTraq will show each User (paying individual attention to that User) how to perform his/her work activities on the Software. This training programme is expected to commence within 5 days of the completion of the Software installation, initialisation & configuration. Depending on the number of Users, it is expected that Users will be adequately trained within 5 days. Certificates are provided to Users on completion. 5.2.5.2 Remote functional structure training at the outset – subject to sufficient User Training sessions having been purchased, StarTraq will provide all Users with the functional structure and operability of the Software. The training course’s particular focus is on “How to use the Software efficiently”. Such courses will include question and answer sessions. Certificates are provided to users on completion.
User Training. TenFold will train and certify up to [XXXXX] Xxxxx Systems' ------------- Associates per year in the use and implementation of the TenFold Way Methodology, the Universal Application and ComponentWare. Such training will also cover the methodologies used by TenFold's Build Teams and FastStart Teams. TenFold will also provide "train the trainer" courses, so that individuals who have successfully completed such courses will be qualified to train other personnel and certify future students in the use and implementation of the TenFold Way Methodology, the Universal Application and ComponentWare. User Training. Training Charges will be assessed to Users for each of their respective personnel who attend training courses on the use of the NPAC/SMS during the term of this Agreement at the fees per person set forth in Schedule 2 of the Pricing Schedules. The prices set forth in said Schedule 2 of the Pricing Schedules are based on a three (3) day training course. The introduction of future Enhancements or other changes to the NPAC/SMS may increase course length and pricing, with any such changes to be described in a Statement of Work relating to the implementation of any such Enhancement or change. Contractor will provide classroom space and hands-on training plus a copy of the training materials for each participant. Other costs such as travel and expenses of participants are not included and will be the responsibility of the course participants or the Users they represent, as determined between them. If more than three participants from the same User attend the same class, each participant’s training fee will be reduced by ten percent (10%). Contractor will also travel and conduct training courses at a User’s site, provided that a minimum of three participants will take the on-site course. The price for such training arrangements is ninety percent (90%) of standard training prices set forth in Schedule 2 of the Pricing Schedules, plus reasonable expenses of the person or persons presenting the course (e.g., travel, hotel, meals, etc.). Contractor may take requests for these Services directly from any User, and will report the respective User charges to Customer in the Monthly Summary of Charges. Contractor will invoice such charges to the respective Users which requested and received said training.
User Training. Matterport shall provide Customer with training materials and webinars to help Customers users become proficient in using Matterport’s Platform.
User Training. The Contractor will be responsible for training the Purchaser’s staff in the operation of all equipment and software made available by the Contractor. An initial training session shall be conducted within three (3) business days of equipment installation or as agreed upon by the Contractor and the Purchaser. The Purchaser will strive to ensure that necessary individuals attend a single initial session, but may request more than one session. This training will occur at no additional charge to the Purchaser or the State. Subsequent training should be scheduled on an “as needed” basis, including training for any new or updated software. A separate training session for the Purchaser’s IT staff should also be conducted at the Purchaser’s request. There shall not be any charge to the State for conducting these training sessions.
