The Board and S. A.W. shall comply with any reasonable request by the other party for available information (excluding confidential personal records) possessed by the other party which is relevant to the negotiation by S.A.W. and the Board of a successor agreement.

The Board and S. A.W. recognize that it may not always be possible to adhere to the number of names specified in (d) and (e) of this section due to the type of position to be filled.   • The Board 6.1 The appointment, dismissal and conduct of the Board shall be regulated in accordance with this agreement and the Articles.
