The City Obligations. A. The City must establish and implement a program that complies with Metro Code Chapter 5.06 (Exhibit A), and Metro Administrative Procedures (Exhibit B). The City Obligations. The City shall furnish all information and documents necessary for the commencement of contracted services, to include a valid written Notice to Proceed delivered to Contractor. A representative will be designated by the City (the City Representative) to be the primary point of contact for inspecting the work and answering any on-site questions prior to and after the activation of this Contract via a written Notice to Proceed. the City Representative shall have full authority to act on behalf of the City on all matters required under this Contract. The City is responsible for issuing all Public Service Announcements (PSA) to advise citizens and agencies of the available storm Debris services. The Contractor may assist the City with the development of Debris-based PSA(s) if requested.
The City Obligations a. The City shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials, including hardware, to deliver electrical power from a connection point coordinated between The City and Property Owner, to the irrigation system control unit.
