the Ordered IT. SOLUTIONS 2.1. VitalPAC CORE – track and trigger solution VitalPAC NURSE The VitalPAC NURSE application is used to capture patient observation data including all xxxxx xxxxx. After the observations are entered, the EWS is calculated and displayed according to the hospital’s chosen EWS system and the appropriate protocol is also displayed. The functionality is as follows: A nurse or doctor logs in by selecting their name and entering their PIN. Each PDA is assigned to a particular xxxx within the hospital. The ‘home’ screen displays a list of all the patients in that xxxx, along with the following key information against each patient name: • Location: Bay and bed number • Alerts: Any infection or other alerts associated with the patient • Actions: Any outstanding clinician tasks associated with the patient • Information: Any additional information associated with the patient • EWS: The EWS associated with the last standard obs taken on the patient and whether the score has increased or decreased since last time. • Nurse: Initials of nurse who took the last standard obs • Time to next obs (or whether obs is overdue) The user also has the option to find a patient (by NHS or PAS number) if they are not on the home screen list (for example, if the patient’s move to the xxxx room/bay has not yet been entered into PAS). Tapping on a patient name on the home screen will open the ‘Patient options’ screen for that patient. The patient options screen, and indeed all patient specific screens, displays the patient banner. The full patient banner includes patient name, hospital number, NHS number, date of birth, location, consultant, last EWS and any alerts. In situations where space is at a premium, a micro patient banner consisting of just patient name and hospital number will display, but the full patient banner can be revealed with a single click. From the patient options screen the user has the option to: • Enter a new set of observations for the patient. If selected, the user will be asked to enter/confirm the patient’s location. • View the patient’s clinical trends and previous observations • View/edit the patient’s observation settings The default observation interval will always be dependent on the patient’s latest EWS. • View/edit the location for the patient • View/edit other patient information, such as weight or height.   • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Health and Safety Representative Meetings A Health and Safety Representative will be allowed reasonable paid time during working hours to attend to on the job occupational health and safety matters affecting Employees he/she represents providing that the Representative informs their manager and agreement is reached. At all other times the Representative will perform productive work within his/her range of qualifications and competencies.

  • Grievance Meetings Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay to an Employee for the purpose of attending grievance meetings with the Employer.

  • Hearings The Hearing Officer shall hold hearings on a quarterly basis unless there are no appeals to hear or the parties agree to pend any open appeals. All materials considered in the position review shall be submitted to the Hearing Officer prior to the hearing and neither party will submit evidence at the hearing that was not submitted during the position review. The Hearing Officer shall endeavor to hold multiple hearings each day, and shall issue a concise decision which shall be final and binding. The Hearing Officer shall have no authority to alter the terms and conditions of this contract. Employees may be represented at the hearing and will be released from work with no loss of pay to attend the hearing. The Hearing Officer's fees and expenses shall be shared equally by the parties.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • FINDINGS OF FACT The Arizona State Board of Respiratory Care Examiners is the duly constituted 18 agency for licensing and regulating of the practice of respiratory care in the State of Arizona and

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities.
