THE SERVICE REQUIREMENT Research brief. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Performance and Insight team requires a research agency to run an annual quantitative staff survey alongside flexible qualitative research and pulse/dipstick testing. A quantitative “Wavelength” staff survey has run since April 2009. The contract with the previous supplier ended on 31st May 2014. We want to restructure our approach to provide more detailed insight into the effectiveness of communications originating from DWP Strategic Communications Directorate (SCD). Our communications inform 100,000 DWP colleagues about a range of high- profile and high-priority DWP work, for example, Welfare Reform, Universal Credit and Disability. We need to find out more about the extent to which the communications are received and understood by DWP staff and lead to any appropriate actions being taken as a result. The annual survey will need to:  be statistically robust  measure the effectiveness of comms originating from the Internal Communications team and internal comms aspects of subject-specific or campaign work  link to the aims and objectives of the Strategic Communications Directorate and/or those of Internal Communications  provide data that can be used in our ‘Performance Hub’ reporting tool and for decision-making by the individual teams The qualitative research will need to:  be methodologically robust  link to certain aspects of the annual survey  provide more detailed understanding of the survey responses and the rationale for response  provide a message testing or message development mechanism The pulse/dipstick testing will need to:  be methodologically robust  be designed and run quickly to find out how messages are received and understood  be run 3-4 times a year Each aspect of the research will need to link to, and inform the others in a cycle of research. Flexibility of delivery will be needed. We have yet to decide the optimal timescales. One possibility is:  use the results from Wave 12 of our current survey to run focus groups and/or dipstick testing in the second half of 2014  then use those results to inform/set up the annual survey for February or March 2015 (with the results by April or May 2015) However, we may need to assess the impact of the General Election in May 2015 before committing to a precise timeframe. We would also like to explore if we can reduce costs by the DWP Performance and Insight team taking on some of the work.

  • Minimum Vendor License Requirements Vendor shall maintain, in current status, all federal, state, and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by Vendor. Vendor shall remain fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of goods or services under the TIPS Agreement. TIPS and TIPS Members reserve the right to stop work and/or cancel a TIPS Sale or terminate this or any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement involving Vendor if Vendor’s license(s) required to perform under this Agreement or under the specific TIPS Sale have expired, lapsed, are suspended or terminated subject to a 30‐day cure period unless prohibited by applicable statue or regulation.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • License Requirements The Hotel’s alcoholic beverage license requires that the Hotel shall: (i) request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced, and (ii) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Hotel’s judgment, appears to be intoxicated; and (iii) instruct its personnel to avoid encouraging patrons to consume alcoholic beverages (commonly referred to as “over-pouring”).

  • Service Requirements Grantee shall:

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.

  • Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report A. In accordance with 5 NYCRR § 142.10, Contractor is required to report Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance to OGS during the term of the Contract for the preceding month’s activity, documenting progress made towards achievement of the Contract MWBE goals. OGS requests that all Contractors use the New York State Contract System (“NYSCS”) to report subcontractor and supplier payments made by Contractor to MWBEs performing work under the Contract. The NYSCS may be accessed at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.

  • Service Levels Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule sets out the Service Levels the performance of which the Parties have agreed to measure. The Supplier shall monitor its performance of this Call Off Contract by reference to the relevant performance criteria for achieving the Service Levels shown in Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule (the Service Level Performance Criteria) and shall send the Customer a Performance Monitoring Report detailing the level of service which was achieved in accordance with the provisions of Part B (Performance Monitoring) of this Call Off Schedule. The Supplier shall, at all times, provide the Services in such a manner that the Service Levels Performance Measures are achieved. If the level of performance of the Supplier of any element of the provision by it of the Services during the Call Off Contract Period: is likely to or fails to meet any Service Level Performance Measure or is likely to cause or causes a Critical Service Failure to occur, the Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer in writing and the Customer, in its absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other of its rights howsoever arising including under Clause 12 of this Call Off Contract (Service Levels and Service Credits), may: require the Supplier to immediately take all remedial action that is reasonable to mitigate the impact on the Customer and to rectify or prevent a Service Level Failure or Critical Service Level Failure from taking place or recurring; and if the action taken under paragraph (a) above has not already prevented or remedied the Service Level Failure or Critical Service Level Failure, the Customer shall be entitled to instruct the Supplier to comply with the Rectification Plan Process; or if a Service Level Failure has occurred, deduct from the Call Off Contract Charges the applicable Service Level Credits payable by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the calculation formula set out in Annex 1 of this Part A of this Call Off Schedule; or if a Critical Service Level Failure has occurred, exercise its right to Compensation for Critical Service Level Failure in accordance with Clause 13 of this Call Off Contract (Critical Service Level Failure) (including subject, for the avoidance of doubt, the proviso in Clause 13.1.2 of this Call Off Contract in relation to Material Breach). Approval and implementation by the Customer of any Rectification Plan shall not relieve the Supplier of any continuing responsibility to achieve the Service Levels, or remedy any failure to do so, and no estoppels or waiver shall arise from any such Approval and/or implementation by the Customer. SERVICE CREDITS Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule sets out the formula used to calculate a Service Credit payable to the Customer as a result of a Service Level Failure in a given service period which, for the purpose of this Call Off Schedule, shall be a recurrent period of [one Month] during the Call Off Contract Period (the Service Period).
