– Tie in Seniority. If two or more employees are hired on the same date, seniority will be determined by application date with seniority going to the member who applies first. An employee’s seniority date will be provided upon request.

Employees with the same date of hire shall have seniority preference based on alphabetical order (from A to Z) of their last name as of the first date of hire.
