Common use of Time Off Clause in Contracts

Time Off. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than 20 vacation days and 2 personal days per year, subject to pro ration for partial years. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employed.

Time Off. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off vacation consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than 20 five (5) weeks of vacation days and 2 personal days per year, subject to pro ration for partial years. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employed.

In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employed.

During Executive shall also be entitled to five (5) weeks of paid time off on an annual basis during the Term, and such other holidays in accordance with the Company’s applicable policies and procedures as in effect from time to time and local, state, or federal law. The Executive shall take all vacation and leave so as to minimize disruptions to the Executive’s duties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall not be entitled to take any such paid time off consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employeesduring the first ninety (90) days of the Term, but not less than 20 vacation days and 2 personal days per year, subject to pro ration for partial years. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employedunless otherwise approved by the Board.
