Timely Warning. The Administrative Officer will conduct an initial assessment of the reported conduct. The Administrative Officer is legally obligated to notify law enforcement of certain crimes, including sexual assault, where the victim is a minor or there is an immediate threat to the health and/or safety of the campus community. Generally, Complainant and Respondent’s names and identities will not be disclosed to DPS without Complainant’s permission. If a report discloses serious or immediate threat to the campus community, Xxxxxx will issue a timely notification to the community to protect the health or safety of the community. The timely notification will not include any identifying information about the Complainant.

Timely Warning. The Union University Office of Safety and Security is responsible for preparing and issuing immediate emergency response and evacuation procedures. University personnel will make the decision of whether to issue a timely warning on a case-by-case basis. Information for timely warnings may also come from other local emergency service agencies. Timely warnings will be issued to the campus community as soon as pertinent information about the incident is available. Timely warnings will be delivered via emergency text message, xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxxxx, Union email, posted announcements and/or verbal warnings. Use of all tobacco (including, but not limited to hookahs and chewing tobacco) is prohibited on the entire Union campus (including student apartments on campus). The University desires to assist those who need help with tobacco use and/or addiction. The Director of Counseling Services may be contacted for assistance. The U.S. Surgeon’s announcements concerning the dangers of tobacco is supported by safety regulations, the findings of medical science, the consideration of others, and the desire for a clean campus. Affordable Taxi Service is a newer taxi service here in Xxxxxxx. They can provide transportation in the Xxxxxxx area (often in less than 30 minutes.) They do encourage advance notice if possible. Normally, they can provide service 24/7. They can also provide transportation to and from the Memphis airport as well. If there are three or fewer people needing to go to or from the Memphis airport, students can split the cost of the cab.   • Regulatory Requirements Each Party’s obligations under this Agreement shall be subject to its receipt of any required approval or certificate from one or more Governmental Authorities in the form and substance satisfactory to the applying Party, or the Party making any required filings with, or providing notice to, such Governmental Authorities, and the expiration of any time period associated therewith. Each Party shall in good faith seek and use its Reasonable Efforts to obtain such other approvals. Nothing in this Agreement shall require Developer to take any action that could result in its inability to obtain, or its loss of, status or exemption under the Federal Power Act or the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005 or the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, as amended.

  • CODES AND REGULATIONS The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Telepak Networks will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Telepak Networks must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Telepak Networks will be required to provide the results of the Telepak Networks test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop. 2.1.6.2 Once Telepak Networks has isolated a trouble to the BellSouth provided Loop, and had issued a trouble report to BellSouth on the Loop, BellSouth will take the actions necessary to repair the Loop if a trouble actually exists. BellSouth will repair these Loops in the same time frames that BellSouth repairs similarly situated Loops to its End Users. 2.1.6.3 If Telepak Networks reports a trouble on a non-designed or designed Loop and no trouble actually exists, BellSouth will charge Telepak Networks for any dispatching and testing (both inside and outside the CO) required by BellSouth in order to confirm the Loop’s working status. 2.1.6.4 In the event BellSouth must dispatch to the end-user’s location more than once due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by Telepak Networks (e.g., incomplete address, incorrect contact name/number, etc.), BellSouth will xxxx Xxxxxxx Networks for each additional dispatch required to repair the circuit due to the incorrect/incomplete information provided. BellSouth will assess the applicable Trouble Determination rates from BellSouth’s FCC or state tariffs.

  • Product Warnings As of the Effective Date, all Products CORE sells and/or distributes for sale in California which do not qualify as Reformulated Products, will bear a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to this Section. CORE further agrees that the warning will be prominently placed with such conspicuousness when compared with other words, statements, designs or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of use. For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, a clear and reasonable warning for the Products shall consist of a warning affixed directly to the product or product packaging, label, or tag, for Products sold in California and containing one of the following statements: WARNING: Reproductive Harm- xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx OR WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including DEHP, which are known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.   • Conformance to Applicable Requirements All work prepared by Consultant shall be subject to the approval of City.

  • Laws and Regulations All Equipment, Products, or Services provided under this Contract must comply fully with applicable federal laws and regulations, and with the laws in the states and provinces in which the Equipment, Products, or Services are sold.

  • Statutes and Regulations This lease is subject to all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations in effect on the effective date of this lease, and insofar as is constitutionally permissible, to all statutes and regulations placed in effect after the effective date of this lease. A reference to a statute or regulation in this lease includes any change in that statute or regulation whether by amendment, repeal and replacement, or other means. This lease does not limit the power of the State of Alaska or the United States of America to enact and enforce legislation or to promulgate and enforce regulations affecting, directly or indirectly, the activities of the lessee or its agents in connection with this lease or the value of the interest held under this lease. In case of conflicting provisions, statutes and regulations take precedence over this lease.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.

  • Conformance to Applicable Laws Contractor shall comply with the standard of care regarding all applicable federal, state and county laws, rules and ordinances. Contractor shall not discriminate in the employment of persons who work under this contract because of race, the color, national origin, ancestry, disability, sex or religion of such person.
