Tolerance Time. Subject to a provision in any of the Schedules, there shall be no tolerance time. For example, Employees will not be provided with paid time to wash up at conclusion of shift.

Tolerance Time. There shall be two (2) hour tolerance for delays caused by inclement weather, mechanical failure, delays in departure of commercial carriers or other conditions over which the Engager has no control.
Tolerance Time. Existing arrangements for tolerance time will remain in place. Employees will present themselves ready for work at the pre-start area at 7am/pm and leave the crib room underground at 7am/pm (Note: start and finish times can be changed in accordance with clause 11.2 of this Agreement).

  • Release Time A. The Employer will approve paid release time for a reasonable number of employee representatives who are scheduled to work during the time negotiations are being conducted, provided the absence of the employee will not interfere with the operating needs of the University. The Employer will approve compensatory time, vacation leave or leave without pay for additional employee representatives provided the absence of the employee will not interfere with the operating needs of the University.
