Transport arrangements. The following conditions will apply to the transportation of employees working on a twilight shift:
(i) The cost of transport from the work place to the home of employees will be funded by the employer; and/or
(ii) The employer will be responsible for the arrangements and expenses of transport from the work place to the homes of the employees at the conclusion of a twilight shift; Provided that where an employer and employee agree that the employee shall make the practical arrangements for transport home, this shall be permissible provided the employer shall still be responsible for the costs of such transport.

Transport arrangements. (i) The Tasmanian Catholic Education Office shall make available to all full time Education Officers a fully maintained vehicle at the personal cost to the Education Officer of 5% of their gross annual salary, deducted from their pay on a fortnightly basis. The vehicle must be utilised for all official work-related travel associated with the completion of duties or as directed by the employer. The vehicle can also be utilised for private purposes and must be garaged at the home of the Education Officer.
(ii) The Tasmanian Education Office will make available a vehicle for Education Officers who do not elect to receive a vehicle as per clause (f)(i). The vehicle must only be utilised for official work-related travel associated with the completion of duties.

Transport arrangements. 3.8.1 A local employee, or an employee in receipt of a LAFHA who is not provided with transport or is not offered transport from their home to the work site and is required to travel there in his or her own vehicle and/or is required to travel to and from the work site will be paid a daily fares and travel allowance of $20.00 per day.
3.8.2 There shall be no additional costs to the Company other than the travel allowance provided for in this clause for employees traveling to and from the work site.
3.8.3 The security of employee vehicles shall remain the responsibility of employees.
