Toll Systems Construction Management. This task includes oversight of the Toll System field implementation, including overseeing the overall construction schedule, facilitating inspection, assisting SMCELJPA, SMCTA, and C/CAG with any change order review and development, claims analysis, and coordination of the systems integration work with ongoing construction contracts. Specific tasks to be performed include: • Monitor contractor’s operations • Identify, negotiate and resolve potential conflicts, issues and adverse impacts to the contract • Discuss design and specification changes with BAIFA and obtain concurrences • Monitor contractor’s construction schedule • Assist in administering the traffic control plans • Manage construction management team field inspection efforts • Coordinate with project stakeholders and ongoing projects • Attend weekly Caltrans Coordination meetings on behalf of BAIFA and TSI • Provide inspection services for toll system infrastructure construction and equipment installation, as well as for communications network and power tie-ins to the TOLL SYSTEM. • Ensure that the TSI follows installation plans and meets quality standards. • Track and report progress, identify issues and coordinate and recommend solutions.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES The services which the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein. The services described or specified shall not be deemed to constitute a comprehensive specification having the effect of excluding services not specifically mentioned.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Construction Services 4,500 thousand SDR for Japan Post in Group A 15,000 thousand SDR for all other entities in Group A 4,500 thousand SDR for entities in Group B Architectural, engineering and other technical services covered by this Agreement: 450 thousand SDR Other services: 130 thousand SDR List of Entities which procure the services, specified in Annex 4:

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Construction Phase - Administration of the Construction Contract 1.6.1 The Construction Phase shall commence with the acceptance of the Construction Manager’s Guaranteed Maximum Price (or acceptance of a partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for a stage or phase) and issuance of a Notice to Proceed with Construction Services and terminate sixty (60) days after Final Payment to the Contractor is made, or when all of Architect/Engineer’s services have been satisfactorily performed, whichever occurs later.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
