Towing Assistance. When towing is necessary, the Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified service facility or to another location requested by the driver of the Covered Vehicle.
Towing Assistance. Service consists of towing YOUR COVERED VEHICLE to the Selling Dealer, if possible, or the nearest qualified service facility due to mechanical FAILURE under this AGREEMENT that renders the COVERED VEHICLE unsafe or unable to be driven.

Towing Assistance. Emergency Roadside Assistance is available throughout the United States, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. YOU will have to pay for any costs in excess of the $100.00 per occurrence limit plus any non-covered costs. Just call TOLL-FREE 1-XXX- XXX-XXXX (please use reference code XXX) and a service vehicle will be dispatched to YOUR assistance. Important: Please be with YOUR vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended vehicle. Service provided must be a covered benefit under the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. Coverage is extended to the Covered Vehicle only. NOTE: ONLY Roadside/Towing Assistance obtained through this number will be honored. The following are covered emergencies, subject to the $100.00 per occurrence limitation:
Towing Assistance. In the event of an unforeseen mechanical problem disabling your car, a 24-hour Roadside Assistance administrator will make arrangements for your vehicle to be towed to the nearest Nissan dealer, whenever possible or to the nearest authorized repair facility. In most cases, a signature is all that is required. This Agreement will provide coverage for the towing cost, not to exceed $100. Emergency travel/trip interruption coverage is provided should any MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN occur when you are 100 miles or more away from home. Benefits may apply to the occurrence of the following expenses: alternate transportation, meals and lodging. Arrangements must be coordinated through the Roadside Assistance Program administrator. This Agreement will pro- vide coverage for trip interruption, not to exceed $500. *Services provided through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Medford, MA 02155, except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, where services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc., Medford, MA 02155.
Towing Assistance. If towing becomes necessary due to a breakdown of a covered component, actual towing costs, not payable by insurance, will be covered up to $50.00 per occurrence. Call 0-000-000-0000 (Claims Service Office) for instructions before You deliver Your Vehicle to a repairing facility. To assure coverage under the terms of this Extended Service Agreement, authorization must be obtained prior to teardown or repair. This Agreement is subject to a Waiting Period (See Waiting Period herein) commencing from the Date of Sale. Coverage begins upon expiration of the Waiting Period.
Towing Assistance. When towing is necessary, as a result of a mechanical breakdown, the Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest registered service facility or location of Your choice, up to the benefit limit of one hundred ($100) dollars per occurrence.
Towing Assistance. We will provide additional protection in the event there is an emergency situation where you and your vessel are not in imminent danger. We will reimburse you for the reasonable costs you incur, not to exceed the limit shown on the declaration page, resulting from the following services to your vessel if help is not available and you must obtain commercial assistance:
a. towing to the nearest place where necessary repairs can be made;
b. delivery of gas, oil, parts or loaned battery (excluding the cost of these items themselves) or emergency labor, while not in safe harbor.

If your vehicle requires towing due to the MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN of a covered part, this Agreement will pro- vide reimbursement for the actual expense of towing it to an authorized repair facility. Such reimbursement shall not exceed $100 per mechanical breakdown. If you are entitled to receive towing benefits or coverage from any other source whatsoever (including, but not limited to, the vehicle’s warranty, an insurance policy, auto club membership, or other service contract), this QualityGuard+Plus service contract provides excess coverage only, i.e., NESNA will pay only for the portion (up to $100) of the towing charge not covered from the other source(s). Towing Assistance. When towing is necessary due to mechanical failure of the Covered Vehicle or an event where flat tire assistance cannot be rendered due to no spare being with the Covered Vehicle, or two or more tires being flat, the Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest service facility.
