Traffic Review x. Xxxxx, Xxxxxx will review and provided comments to the City Traffic Engineer for revisions to their previously submitted study. No formal individual traffic study or design will be prepared by Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FFE): HKT will assist the City in selecting furniture and coordinating finishes as required. Assume we will work with City vendor of choice who will produce all documents required and coordinate the installation. The Supplemental Services fees are noted below and are $58,682 (Fifty-eight thousand six hundred eighty two dollars). Reimbursable expenses are included in those totals. This information will be used as a basis for plumbing and fire protection systems design. Any work that is beyond the scope of work shall be billed as additional services either on a time and material basis or we will make an additional proposal with a lump sum fee or not to exceed fee. In no case will we commence any additional services without your written approval.   • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • Program Review The Contracting Officer or other authorized government representative may hold semi- annual program review meetings. Such meetings will be held via telecom or video teleconferencing. However, the Government reserves the right to request a meeting in person. The meetings will include all BPA holders, representatives from prospective customer agencies, a combination of current and prospective customer agencies, or individual BPA holders. Some Federal Government Agencies and any approved State, Local and Tribal agencies may establish a central program management function. Such users may require their primary suppliers to participate in agency program review meetings on a periodic basis, at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Systems Review The Construction Administrator will conduct reviews of proposed roof, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, conveyance, sprinkler, telecommunications, and life safety systems, and will consider initial cost, availability, impact on the overall program, comfort and convenience, long-term maintenance and operating costs, and impacts on schedule.

  • Joint Review JADRC may, at the request of either party, review issues arising from the application of this Article.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • Utilization Review We review health services to determine whether the services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational ("Medically Necessary"). This process is called Utilization Review. Utilization Review includes all review activities, whether they take place prior to the service being performed (Preauthorization); when the service is being performed (concurrent); or after the service is performed (retrospective). If You have any questions about the Utilization Review process, please call the number on Your ID card. The toll-free telephone number is available at least 40 hours a week with an after-hours answering machine. All determinations that services are not Medically Necessary will be made by: 1) licensed Physicians; or 2) licensed, certified, registered or credentialed health care professionals who are in the same profession and same or similar specialty as the Provider who typically manages Your medical condition or disease or provides the health care service under review. We do not compensate or provide financial incentives to Our employees or reviewers for determining that services are not Medically Necessary. We have developed guidelines and protocols to assist Us in this process. Specific guidelines and protocols are available for Your review upon request.   • Department Review If a mutually acceptable solution has not been reached during Step 1, and the employee intends to pursue the grievance formally, the employee shall submit the grievance in writing on the Employee Grievance Resolution Form to the Department Head with a copy to the Labor Relations Division not later than ten (10) working days after the supervisor’s written response. The Department Head shall consider the grievance and render a written decision within ten (10) working days of receipt of the formal grievance. The written decision shall include a clear and concise statement including the reason(s) for the decision. The Department Head may hold a meeting with the employee to achieve any of the following purposes: 1) to identify why the employee feels there is a grievance and facilitate communication and resolution; 2) to clearly identify issues and areas of agreement/disagreement; and 3) to have the parties present whatever available information/ documentation necessary to fully attempt to resolve the grievance. The employee may be accompanied by his/her shop xxxxxxx during the Department Review, provided that the xxxxxxx is in the same department as the employee, and has been identified by the employee on the Employee Grievance Resolution Form. If the department, in consultation with the Labor Relations Division, determines that the grievance is outside of the Department Head’s authority, or the grievance involves employees working in separate departments, then such grievance shall be submitted to Step 3.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.

  • Study An application for leave of absence for professional study must be supported by a written statement indicating what study or research is to be undertaken, or, if applicable, what subjects are to be studied and at what institutions.

  • Personnel File Review a. A unit member has the right upon his/her own request to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The review will be conducted in the presence of the administrator, or his/her designee, responsible for the safekeeping of such file. The employee may have a committee person assist in said review. Such review shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable time. A copy of requested material will be provided.
