Trained Personnel. Reseller agrees to maintain trained sales representatives and sales and integration engineers in the number appropriate to the TPS Channel Partner level attained by Reseller.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer will cause all Customer Technical Personnel to complete such training and instruction as Pluribus may reasonably require from time to time. Upon the appointment of any new Customer Technical Personnel, Customer will take reasonable measures to expeditiously train the new individual to appropriate levels of technical competence.

Trained Personnel. .1 The Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to employ sufficient sales and other personnel to promote and sell the Products. The Distributor's sales personnel are expected to have and to maintain an adequate level of product and application knowledge in order to effectively promote, properly apply and sell the Products. The Company will provide training videos, marketing materials, and training sessions with its own personnel at Distributor’s facilities at the Company’s costs for Distributor’s sales and service personnel.

Trained Personnel. Each Party shall ensure that any of its personnel and/or contractors authorized to handle Partner Data or Confidential Information have been appropriately trained and are aware of that Party’s information security policies and procedures. Each Party must conduct appropriate information security awareness training for all its personnel and contractors prior to being appointed to work on Partner Data. Thereafter, each party must introduce information security training routines to maintain the appropriate level of information security awareness.

Trained Personnel. The JAA’s team of personnel is comprised of experienced and trained mechanics, wrecker operators and technicians who exhibit strong leadership and dedication. JAA shall provide and outfit its personnel at all times with appropriate safety gear and equipment and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its personnel wear such safety gear and equipment while providing the said services.
