DUTY ROSTER. 1 The employer shall draw up a duty roster for employees who have alternating working hours under the working hours regulations. 2 The roster shall in any case include the shifts to be worked and the working hours.
DUTY ROSTER. 35.1 A roster setting out hours of duty, on-call requirements, meal times, commencing times, finishing times, weekend duty, night duty and other such duty where applicable and as prescribed by the Employer within the provisions of Section 2 shall be kept posted in some readily accessible section of the building for viewing of persons thereat employed and subject to Section 2. In the case of resignation or termination of employment of a permanent Deck Officer, SeaRoad will undertake to recruit and assess the suitability of potential candidates to replace the departing Deck Officer promptly but may engage Reliever Deck Officers while this process is undertaken. 17.1.1 As at the time of making this Agreement the number of permanent Deck Officers employed is (16) sixteen. This will increase to (20) twenty following the introduction of the 4th Officer. 17.2 Where a Deck Officer cannot arrive at their Home Port or join the Vessel on the changeover day because of travel time, then any additional days will be treated as Dead Days.

A transfer to a different duty roster is deemed to take effect at the beginning of the week following the week in which the transfer tak es place. 8.1.4 As a rule, no work is performed on Sundays and public holidays, unless work is performed in shifts or 7-day daytime shifts in accordance with the applicable duty roster or unless business circumstances so require.
