Training Aids and Materials. 16.4.1 Training Aids for Trainees at the Seller's Training Centers For the purposes of this Subclause 16.4.1, it is understood that training aids and materials provided to the Buyer's trainees by the Seller (a) are supplied for the sole and express purpose of providing Training in the courses described in Subclause 16.3 of this Agreement and therefore are labeled "For Training Only," (b) are free of charge, (c) include all cockpit layouts, all printed course materials, including manuals and supporting documents. Computer hardware, software and Courseware (including simulators and simulator data packages) and all other equipment will be provided to the trainees solely for use during the Seller's training courses. Since the Training is for the Buyer's trainees only, the Buyer undertakes not to divulge the contents of any training aids or materials to any third party without the prior agreement of the Seller, save as required pursuant to any governmental, contractual or legal requirement imposed upon the Buyer or as permitted by Subclause 16.4.2.

Training Aids and Materials. 16.3.1 Training Aids for Trainees at the Seller's Training Centers 3.1 training aids shall be understood to include (a) all printed course materials, including manuals and supporting documents, such materials to be for trainees receiving the training referred to in Subclause 16.2 and to be free of charge, and (b) all computer hardware, software and courseware (including simulators and simulator data packages) and all other equipment, such material in (b) to remain the property of the Seller or to be sold to the Buyer pursuant to the Seller's price catalog. Training aids shall be "FOR TRAINING ONLY," and as such are supplied for the sole and express purpose of training. All training aids and materials supplied to the Buyer are for the training of the Buyer's personnel only. The Buyer undertakes not to divulge the contents thereof to any third party without the prior agreement of the Seller, save as required pursuant to any governmental, contractual or legal requirement imposed upon the Buyer.
Training Aids and Materials. If utilized in the course, --------------------------- Seller shall furnish copies of the following training aids and materials used to conduct Seller's standard training courses which are in general accordance with ATA Specification 104, Levels I through III, to assist Buyer in establishing a maintenance training program at Buyer's training facility. Revision service shall be provided for only those materials described in paragraphs 7.a.(1), 7.a.(2) and 7.b. below. Revision service shall be provided for one year after delivery of the first Aircraft. a. Audio Visual Aids (1) Overhead Projection Transparencies - One each of all appropriate 81/2" x 11" transparencies (in teaching sequence) used in Seller's baseline training courses will be provided. (2) 35mm Slides - One each of the appropriate slides (in teaching sequence) and a reproducible half tone master as used in Seller's baseline training program shall be furnished. (3) Video Tapes - One copy each of all applicable color sound video tapes specially designed, developed and utilized in support of the baseline training courses will be provided. (4) Wall Charts (black line) - One set of all wall charts used in the factory training program will be provided. These charts will depict cockpit and instrument panel configuration and arrangement. b. Student Manuals - Buyer's personnel attending factory training courses shall receive corresponding paper copies of appropriate media with respective narrative. c. Component and Equipment Location List - Buyer's personnel attending Seller's standard courses shall receive one copy of the Component and Equipment Location List.

Training Aids and Materials for Buyer's Training Organization The Seller shall provide * sets of the Seller's VACBI courseware for the workstation related to the Aircraft type as covered by this Agreement, including the relating utilization rights. The courseware shall be the Seller VACBI courseware as used by the Seller in its official training centers.
Training Aids and Materials. BRAD xxxll provide to Buyer a list of training aids and materials used to conduct BRAD's standard training as detailed above. Revision for such training aids shall be through delivery of the last Aircraft purchased herein, { * }.

Related to Training Aids and Materials

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Time and Materials If this contract is designated as a Time and Materials contract, invoicing and payment shall be as follows: (a) Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than once a month during the term of this agreement, based on the cost for work performed in accordance with the Rate Schedule in the Scope of Work and authorized reimbursable expenses incurred prior to the invoice date. Invoices shall contain the following information: (i) Serial identifications of bills, i.e., Xxxx No. 1; (ii) The beginning and ending dates of the billing period; (iii) A summary containing the total contract amount, the amount of prior xxxxxxxx, the total due this period, percentage of work completed, the remaining balance available for all remaining billing periods, and a brief description of work completed during the billing period. (b) City shall make monthly payments, based on such invoices, for satisfactory progress in completion of the Scope of Work, and for authorized reimbursable expenses incurred.

  • LABOR AND MATERIALS 4.4.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Work. Contractor guarantees that materials shall be of the best quality, that work shall be completed in a neat and workmanlike manner, that equipment will be installed in a first class manner, and that all aspects of the project will be delivered in good working order complete and perfect in every respect and that all systems and materials necessary to make the project a complete operating utility as contemplated by the above description of the project is included in the Contract price. 4.4.2 The Contractor shall a t all times enforce strict discipline and good order among his employees and shall not employ on the Work any unfit person or anyone not skilled in the task assigned to him.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Equipment and Materials CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance on the Agreement except:

  • Stored Materials The Department shall not be required to pay for materials stored at the site or stored at other locations absent prior written authorization to do so, which authorization may be withheld at the Department's sole discretion. If the Department expressly agrees to pay for materials stored at the site but not yet incorporated into the Work, the Application for Payment may also include a request for payment of the cost of such materials, if the materials have been delivered to the site, and suitably stored. Such requests shall be documented by appropriate invoices and bills of sale. Payment for stored materials shall be conditioned also on the Design-Builder’s representation that it has inspected the material and found it to be free from defect and otherwise in conformity with this Agreement, and on satisfactory evidence that the materials are insured under the builder’s risk policy. Further, if the Design-Builder requests the Department to allow payments for storage of materials offsite, the Design-Builder shall be required, inter alia, to agree to execution of proper documentation to afford the Department a secured interest in the materials upon payment.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
