Total training shall not be less than 150 man days. The contractor shall train railway personnel on various equipment such as EI, MSDAC, USFBI, IPS, Data-logger and Fundamentals of Automatic Signalling, Telecom Equipment, OFC, Video Surveillance Equipment and any other equipment deployed in the project. The Training shall be imparted by OEM’s at a location mutually agreed by Authority Engineer and Contractor. The training shall be completed before the issuance of the Provisional Certificate / Completion Certificate. Before the issue of any handing-over certificate, the final O & M Manuals, wherever required, shall be submitted by the contractor to the Authority Engineer.

A Maintenance Manual shall be prepared and got approved by the Contractor from the Authority before the start of Defect Liability Period (DLP). It shall be in force for the whole period of DLP subject to modifications made by the Authority from time to time.

  • Scope of Authority Committee meetings will be used for communications between the parties, to share information and to address concerns. The committee will have no authority to conduct any negotiations or modify any provision of this Agreement. The committee’s activities and discussions will not be subject to the grievance procedure in Article 30.

  • AGREEMENT OFFICIALS AND DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY ‌ The following are authorized to subscribe to and file this Agreement and any accompanying materials and any subsequent modifications to this Agreement with the Federal Maritime Commission:

  • Lines of Authority The Owner shall establish and maintain lines of authority for his personnel and shall provide this definition to the Construction Manager and all other affected parties.
