O&M Manuals definition
O&M Manuals means the operation and maintenance manuals for the equipment in the Project provided by Seller pursuant to the BOT Agreement, as well as all operating manuals supplied by all vendors or manufacturers with respect to the components making up the Project or any Spare Parts.
O&M Manuals means operating and maintenance manuals for the Plant, which shall include any management and administrative policies and operating and maintenance procedures required in the Agreement to be developed, together with the documents and schedules described in such manuals, which shall be developed and mutually agreed upon by the Owner and the Operator. (As such manuals may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time by the Operator with the prior written approval of the Owner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld save where the amendment, modification or replacement is a valid requirement.).
O&M Manuals means the operation and maintenance manuals: for the Installation Works provided by the Installation Contractor in accordance with this Agreement; and for the PV System provided by the Supplier.

Before the issue of any handing over certificate, the final O&M Manuals, wherever required, shall be submitted by the Contractor to the Authority Engineer.
The Contractor shall prepare and update Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals as necessary.
CONSULTANT shall, in coordination with the ENGINEER and CITY, prepare a list of required spare parts from the specifications and vendor O&M Manuals or recommended spare parts lists.

More Definitions of O&M Manuals
O&M Manuals means the operation and maintenance and procedures manuals to be developed by Contractor or an Affiliate thereof in respect of each Stage as set forth in Appendix U.
O&M Manuals means the manufacturer’s maintenance manual for the Solar PV System or, in the absence of a maintenance manual, the maintenance of the Solar PV System in accordance with good industry practice.
O&M Manuals has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 hereto.
O&M Manuals means any manuals created by the Construction Manager, Operator and/or Owner relating to the operation and maintenance of the Project and as provided in Section 3.1(e).
O&M Manuals means the manuals required by the Performance Specification (as amended or updated from time to time in accordance with clause 19.5), which describe the policy, practices and procedures for the operation, maintenance and repair of the Tollroad and the maintenance and repair of the Maintained Non-Tollroad Works.
O&M Manuals means (i) the operating manuals, operating data, design drawings, specifications, vendor manuals and similar materials applicable to the Facility, and (ii) any other similar items provided by any equipment supplier or construction contractor pursuant to any contract for the supply of equipment or the construction, repair or replacement of any portion of the Facility during the Term.
O&M Manuals means the operation & maintenance manuals prepared or supplied by the EPC Contractor.
