Training Package Sample Clauses

Training Package. 6.2.1 If a training package was ordered, Customer is entitled to send a defined number of persons (as stated in the service description) during a defined service period (as stated in the service description) to either specific training modules (as stated in the Agreement or service description) or any training modules offered by EXASOL during the service period (flat rate). Dates for the individual training modules are announced on EXASOL’s website. The training participants have to be identified by name at the beginning of the service period. A replacement of one of the aforementioned named participants is only possible if the replaced participant has not yet attended a training module. 6.2.2 The service period is stated in the service description. If during the service period less than three training courses take place for a training module which forms part of the ordered training package, the service period shall automatically extend to the date when the third training course of the respective training module takes place. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, the service period starts from the signature of the Agreement. If the training contract is concluded for an indefinite period, it can be terminated - however not before the end of a minimum term agreed between the parties - with three months’ notice to the end of the month.

Training Package. All the resources on the Training Portal will be advertised and disseminated as one unique consistent package. A flyer has been prepared to allow its promotion and dissemination, see Figure 12.
Training Package. This guide could be utilised to assist in the consideration of the indicative tasks/skills specified in the Classification Structure. • Perform straightforward sampling and testing within one scientific discipline using relevant procedures, Australian Standards and readily available advice • Operate test equipment and instruments and make limited adjustments to their controls • Process and record data and recognise trends and out of control conditions ▪ Solve predictable problems using clear information or known solutions. Where alternatives exist, they are limited and apparent. ▪ Work under close and regular supervision, although they may have autonomy for specific tasks and responsibility for their own outputs • Take decisions within defined limits of responsibility. Such employees are, where required, also able to: • Communicate with other people • Process and record data • Maintain the laboratory fit for purpose • Work safely in accordance with defined policies and procedures • Follow established work plan • Contribute to the achievement of quality objectives • Work efficiently as part of a team • Calibrate test equipment and assist with its maintenance • Perform a wide range of sampling and testing that requires the application of a broad technical knowledge and some scientific knowledge within one scientific discipline. • Work according to established procedures in a structured environment • Collect and prepare samples • Conduct a wide range of basic tests and a limited range of specialised tests and measurements using manual, semi-automated and fully automated techniques • Define and solve problems of limited complexity where the information available is obvious, but not contradictory, and can be determined by direct reasoning • Work under the direction and regular supervision of senior technical staff, laboratory or quality managers, or scientific/medical personnel. Such employees are, where required, also able to: • Communicate with other people • Process and record data • Maintain the laboratory fit for purpose • Work safely in accordance with defined policies and procedures • Follow established work plan • Apply quality system and continuous improvement processes • Work efficiently as part of a team • Calibrate test equipment and assist with its maintenance perform instrumental tests/procedures • Perform non-instrumental tests/procedures • Prepare, standardise and use solutions

  • Training Plan 19.6.1 An apprentice shall be a party to an individual Training Plan. 19.6.2 The Training Plan sets out the training that the apprentice will do both on – the – job and off – the – job. The Training Plan also sets out how the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will ensure the apprentice will receive quality training – both on – the – job and off – the – job. 19.6.3 The Training Plan reflects the choices made by the employer and the apprentice in relation to:-

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Training Pay City shall pay one and one-half times regular salary rate for training required by the Police and Peace Officers Licensing Law which is taken outside of regular duty hours (approximately 48 hours every three years). The Chief will establish the type and amount of training required.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Due Diligence Review; Information The Company shall make available, during normal business hours, for inspection and review by the Investors, advisors to and representatives of the Investors (who may or may not be affiliated with the Investors and who are reasonably acceptable to the Company), all financial and other records, all SEC Filings (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) and other filings with the SEC, and all other corporate documents and properties of the Company as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of such review, and cause the Company’s officers, directors and employees, within a reasonable time period, to supply all such information reasonably requested by the Investors or any such representative, advisor or underwriter in connection with such Registration Statement (including, without limitation, in response to all questions and other inquiries reasonably made or submitted by any of them), prior to and from time to time after the filing and effectiveness of the Registration Statement for the sole purpose of enabling the Investors and such representatives, advisors and underwriters and their respective accountants and attorneys to conduct initial and ongoing due diligence with respect to the Company and the accuracy of such Registration Statement. The Company shall not disclose material nonpublic information to the Investors, or to advisors to or representatives of the Investors, unless prior to disclosure of such information the Company identifies such information as being material nonpublic information and provides the Investors, such advisors and representatives with the opportunity to accept or refuse to accept such material nonpublic information for review and any Investor wishing to obtain such information enters into an appropriate confidentiality agreement with the Company with respect thereto.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
