Common use of Training Periods Clause in Contracts

Training Periods. a. [Preferred] During the Training Periods specified in Schedule 2 and when required by a Member the Contractor will supply the Services fully meeting the requirements of this Contract at a location nominated by the Member. b. [Preferred] During the Training Periods the Member will provide notification in writing to the Contractor of a requirement for Services to be made available for training at least 72 hours prior to the requirement.
