Transfer: Rate of Pay. If due to a lack of work an employee is transferred for a period of less than six (6) weeks to work where the bracket is lower, they shall retain their regular bracket while so doing. At the expiration of six (6) weeks the lower bracket shall prevail. If the employee is transferred to a lower rated job on a job posting or at the employee’s request, then the lower rate of pay shall apply immediately.

  • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class provided for in Appendix B. The regular rate of pay shall include any longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.
