First Vacation. Employees who have not had their first vacation will receive up to two (2) weeks’ vacation with payment calculated at four (4%) percent of gross earnings computed to April 1st in the year in which the vacation is to be taken. Employees who have accumulated less than five (5) days of vacation as of April 1 in any year will not be entitled to take vacation with pay but will be paid four (4%) percent of their gross earnings computed to April 1 on the regular pay period immediately following April 1.
First Vacation. Employees who have not had their first vacation will receive one fifty-second (1/52nd) of one week's vacation with pay for each week's service computed to April 1st in the year in which the vacation is to be taken.
First Vacation. Employees who, as of January 1st, have less than one year's continuous service as a full-time employee will receive one day vacation pay for each completed month of continuous service as a full-time employee up to a maximum of ten (10) days however each employee is entitled to two (2) weeks vacation time off scheduled in accordance with Article 21.07. Such employees will receive vacation pay in an amount equal to their straight time daily earnings (exclusive of shift or other premiums) times the number of days of vacation to which they are entitled.

Such vacation shall be four percent (4%) of the employee's wages for the preceding calendar year.
First Vacation. An employee becomes eligible for vacation for the first time after (1) year when the employment records show the following:
(a) They have attained seniority within six (6) months from date of hire; and
(b) Have not been off the payroll for more than sixty (60) consecutive days. Payment for this first vacation entitlement will be calculated at four percent (4%) of the gross earnings in the calendar year. In the event the employee is off the payroll for longer than sixty (60) consecutive days, the vacation date for the purposes of this section becomes the date of re-hire.

Such notice will be removed by the Company on February 28th and the vacation schedule prepared in accordance with this provision and posted within seven
First Vacation. Regular Full-Time Employees hired in the preceding year may take their first vacation in the current year ahead of their service anniversary date subject to their refunding all vacation payments in the event they do not complete a full anniversary year of employment.
