Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit. An Employee who No employee shall be transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit without his/her consent. In the event an employee covered by this Agreement is transferred or promoted to a position outside the bargaining unit shall not accumulate seniority.
