Transit & Parking. Within ninety (90) days post-ratification, the Employer will convene a meeting with leaders from SEIU, OPEIU, and UFCW with the intent of establishing a joint employer-union committee to discuss transit and parking for KFHPWA employees. The scope of the committee will be defined prior to the committee being established and the committee will be responsible for defining the charter.

Transit & Parking. ‌ Each employee who travels to work by TTC shall be entitled to have the cost of a monthly transit pass paid by the Employer. Each employee who travels to work by car shall be entitled to have the cost of a monthly parking permit reimbursed, so long as the amount does not exceed that of a monthly transit pass. Each employee who travels to work by a combination of TTC and regional transit (e.g. MiWay, Brampton Transit and/or York Region Transit) shall be entitled to have the cost of a weekly GTA transit pass (or any successor pass) paid by the Employer. Each employee who travels to work using another form of transit (such as GO Transit or Greyhound) shall be entitled to have the costs reimbursed, to a maximum each week equal to the cost of a weekly GTA Transit Pass or any successor pass. Should the GTA Transit Pass be discontinued and not replaced by a successor pass, an employee who travels to work using a form of transit other than the TTC shall be entitled to have their costs reimbursed to a maximum each week equal to the cost of a weekly GTA Transit Pass on the last day it was sold. In the event of a fare increase, such entitlement shall be increased by the same percentage as the fare increase.

  • Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor.   • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.

  • CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface any part of the exhibit building, the booths, or booth contents or show equipment and décor. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. 14.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.
