Transmission fee. 7.1. The Shipper shall pay EUS the Transmission fee. This Transmission fee is calculated from tariff rates for the Booked daily transmission capacities Ci at the Entry point Veľké Zlievce as requested by the Shipper in Bid and confirmed by EUS in the Confirmation on capacity granting..
7.2. Total annual Transmission fee (Pt) for transmission from the Entry point Veľké Zlievce is a sum that shall be calculated in following way: Pt = ∑ Pi where: Pt – Transmission fee based on the Booked daily transmission capacities for the relevant period (t), expressed in EUR; n – number of Booked transmission capacities specified in the Confirmation on capacity granting. Pi - payment for individual Booked daily transmission capacity Ci, calculated as: Pi = Ci * Ti + Ci * Nchi * ni; Ci – respective Booked transmission capacity as specified in the Confirmation on capacity granting and expressed in MWh/Day; Ti - respective tariff rate at the Entry point Veľké Zlievce as specified in the Confirmation on capacity granting and expressed in EUR/(MWh/d)/y; Nchi – neutrality charge as specified in the Confirmation on capacity granting in €/MWh ni – number of Days of the respective Booked transmission capacity in the relevant period (t)
7.3. Each Year, starting 1st January of 2019, the tariff rate Ti shall be adjusted by the following formula: T(t) = T(t-1) * (1 + 0.5 * IR(t-2)/100) where: T(t) – adjusted figure of the tariff rate to be applied in the relevant calendar Year (t); T(t-1) – Tariff rate which was valid in the immediately preceding calendar Year (t-1) for the relevant daily transmission capacity; IR(t-2) – annual inflation index in the European Union published by the office of Eurostat at the official website, as „HICP - inflation rate“ (Harmonized Indices of Consumer Prices), item “European Union” valid in the calendar Year (t-2) before preceding the respective Year of the Natural gas transmission under this Contract. Annual inflation index IR used for the calculation is used in a form that reflects inter- annual increase or decrease (i.e. increase between two consecutive Years of 1% is expressed as IR=1). Transmission fee. 6.1.1 For each contracted Capacity Product and each Interconnection Point, User shall pay to the Transporter Transmission Fee for Gas Transmission Service which are contracted on the “ship or pay” basis.

The Transmission fee (Pt) for transmission from the Entry points to the Exit points is a sum that shall be calculated in the following way: Pt = ∑ Pi where: Pt – Transmission fee based on the Booked daily transmission capacities for the relevant period (t), expressed in EUR; n – number of Booked transmission capacities specified in the particular individual Confirmation on capacity granting; Pi - payment for individual Booked daily transmission capacity Ci, calculated as: Pi = Ci * Ti + Ci * Nchi * ni Ci – respective Booked transmission capacity as specified in the particular individual Confirmation on capacity granting expressed in MWh/day; Ti - respective tariff rate at the relevant Entry or Exit point as specified in the particular individual Confirmation on capacity granting and expressed in EUR/(MWh/d)/y; Nchi – neutrality charge as specified in Price decision in €/MWh ni – number of days of the respective Booked transmission capacity
8.3. All the calculations for identification of the Transmission fee pursuant to this Article 8 shall be rounded to 2 decimal places. Should the digit on the third decimal place be equal to or lower than 4, the figure on the second decimal place shall not be changed; and should the digit on the third decimal place be equal to or higher than 5, the figure on the second decimal place shall be increased by adding the digit 1.

The Transmission fee is calculated on the basis of tariff rates Ti for the Booked daily transmission capacities Ci at the Entry points and at the Exit points as specified in Article 3.1. of this Contract.
10.2. Total annual Transmission fee (Pan) for transmission from the Entry points to the Exit points is a sum that shall be calculated in the following way: Pan = ∑ Pi where: Pan – total annual Transmission fee for transmission from the Entry points to the Exit points for the relevant calendar year (t), expressed in EUR; n – number of Booked daily transmission capacities specified in Article 3.1. pertinent to the calendar year (t); Pi - payments for individual Booked daily transmission capacities Ci, calculated as: Pi = Ci * Ti;

10.3. 10.4. All the calculations for identification of the Transmission fee pursuant to this Article 10 shall be rounded to 4 decimal places. Should the digit on the fifth decimal place be equal to or lower than 4, the figure on fourth decimal place shall not be changed; and should the digit on the fifth decimal place be equal to or higher than 5, the figure on the fourth decimal place shall be increased by adding the digit 1.

Transmission fee. Commencing on the Start Date and continuing thereafter for the term of this Agreement, Lessee shall pay to Lessor in consideration of the faithful performance by Lessor of his obligations hereunder a monthly fee (the "Transmission Fee") equal to the number of Subscribers (as calculated in accordance with the formula below) during-the month in question multiplied by Ten Cents ($0.10) per channel. For purposes of computing the Transmission Fee due hereunder for any month, the term "Subscribers" shall be deemed to mean the number of subscribers contracting with Lessee to receive Lessee's programming over the Modified Station as of the last day of the prior month plus the number of such subscribers to Lessee's programming over the Modified Station as of the last day of the current month divided by two. Only Subscribers which are current with respect to their payments shall be considered for this purpose; provided, however, that Subscribers paying after the fact for a prior month or months shall be counted as Subscribers for such month or months retroactively. In those situations where programming is sold in bulk for viewing at isolated locations in the same facility (that is, where a number of viewing units are grouped for billing purposes such as may be the case with hotels and condominiums) and Lessee's rates therefore are less than its prevailing monthly rate for the sale of Lessee's programming over the Modified Station to individual Subscribers of its wireless cable service, the number of Subscribers from such bulk billing points shall be determined by dividing the total monthly revenues derived from the sale of Lessee's programming over the Modified Station to individual Subscribers to Lessee's city Wireless Cable system.
Transmission fee. The fee incurred by the users or ICP/ISP for utilizing Party A's network resources. It is collected from users or ICP/ISP by Party A and belonged to Party A.

The Transmission Fee shall only be paid in those months in which the amount payable to Lessor as a Transmission Fee pursuant to this provision is greater than the net amount due and payable to Lessor as a Connection Fee pursuant to 5(c) hereof.
