Tribal Monitoring. Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria (FIGR) will be engaged as Tribal monitors. It is assumed that FIGR will provide one Tribal monitor to be on-site for all ground disturbance for ten (10) eight- hour days.

Tribal Monitoring. A. Eversource shall provide notification of the construction schedule and site access for the Narragansett Indian Tribe, Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, and Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) to monitor ground disturbing construction activities at designated areas of interest within the limit of work, as identified to Eversource by each tribe in advance.
Tribal Monitoring. IDOT and FHWA will work with all Tribes with an interest in Illinois lands to develop a statewide programmatic policy for reimbursing Tribes for construction monitoring. If the statewide programmatic policy is complete prior to the letting date of the Xxxxxxxx Bridge Project, then IDOT and FHWA will apply the policy to this Project.

The City shall develop a tribal monitoring plan in consultation with the Fond du Lac 267 Band of Lake Superior Chippewa (Fond du Lac) Tribal Historic Preservation Officer 268 (THPO) to provide for tribal monitors to be present on site during ground disturbing 269 activities associated with the Project’s construction that may have the potential to 270 inadvertently affect cultural resources or human remains. The City and the Fond du Lac 271 THPO shall develop a budget of monitor-related expenses, and the City shall contract 272 with Fond du Lac to perform the agreed upon work. 273
Tribal Monitoring. WSDOT and ODOT will ensure that an appropriate construction monitoring plan is in place during all phases of the construction of the project.
