Vehicle Tracking. A Tracking device is fitted to the Motorhome which gives regular updates to the Operator on Speed, how the vehicle is being driven, harsh acceleration/braking etc – please ensure you keep to the speed limits and drive smoothly with care.
Vehicle Tracking. With respect to TNCs, prior to engaging in operations at the Airport, Applicant shall work with assigned Authority personnel and/or a third party company that Authority shall designate, to develop and implement a vehicle Airport Geo-Fence tracking protocol, consistent with the Data Interface Requirement set forth in Exhibit B, attached if applicable, and as it may be amended. Vehicle tracking shall be established as follows:
a. All TNC Vehicles shall be identified electronically for each TNC trip by a unique number that need not include any personally identifying information but will include the TNC Vehicle license plate number;
b. The unique number shall be linked by the Applicant to the TNC Driver in a manner that allows Airport to audit Applicant’s compliance with the Permit terms and the operating requirements. TNCs will provide Airport assurances that it is monitoring its drivers and the appropriate technology to ensure that its drivers are not violating the required entry and exit protocol set forth in Section 8.
Vehicle Tracking. 7.2.1. All TNC Vehicles shall be identified electronically for each TNC Trip by a unique number and the TNC license plate number. The unique number shall be linked by the Licensee to the driver in a manner that allows LAWA to audit Licensee’s compliance with all License terms and all operating requirements established by the CPUC. Consistent with the auditing and reporting provisions in this License, LAWA shall periodically audit Licensee’s records with respect to its operation at Airport. For the term of this License, all such audits shall take place in Licensee’s corporate offices within the state of California. The TNC Mobile App access provided shall allow City to view, search, query, and create reports on Trip transactions electronically, as well as access historical information in both report and map format. City shall be able to access all required information for authorized TNC Drivers pursuant to 7.1 above.
7.2.2. Trip Tracking Triggers TNC Driver must maintain an open application at all times while on Airport property inside the Geo-Fence Area, inside the Designated TNC Airport Assignment Area, and inside the Designated TNC Staging Area(s). • When a TNC Driver initiates a Trip by accepting a ride request from a passenger within the Geo-Fence Area, in a form and frequency acceptable to LAWA, Licensee shall electronically notify LAWA by providing the following information: Digital ID, vehicle license plate number and/or VIN, date, time, geographic location of assignment, and pick-up location. • Upon entry into the Geo-Fence Area to either pick-up or drop-off a passenger, in an electronic form and frequency acceptable to LAWA, Licensee shall electronically report to LAWA providing all information associated with the Digital ID, vehicle license plate number and/or VIN, date, time, and geographical location of the TNC Vehicle.
Vehicle Tracking. 29.1. The Company may install driver monitoring and vehicle tracking equipment in its vehicles. Employees engaged under this agreement will cooperate with the usage of such equipment.
(a) Such equipment will assist Xxxxxxx with productivity through more efficient load allocation by allowing the Company to know the location of its property and equipment.
(b) In conjunction with other information/observations available to Xxxxxxx the driver reports compiled by the equipment may be used in disciplinary procedures, however would not in itself provide the sole evidence in such action. Xxxxxxx recognises, that as with all disciplinary procedures, the employee has the right to a witness of their choosing throughout such procedures. Employees who feel unfairly treated should address such concerns as provided for in Clause 9 of this Agreement.
(c) Xxxxxxx shall provide individual drivers, upon request, copies of reports that are produced by this equipment that relate specifically to them.
Vehicle Tracking. The customer is informed that a satellite tracker can be installed on the rented vehicle which could be activated to prevent theft.
Vehicle Tracking. 1. The University shall not use data from the Event Data Recorder (EDR) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) devices as the sole reason for discipline.
2. Employees may use vehicles during lunches when working off campus with supervisor approval.
Vehicle Tracking. 11.1. The Bidder shall provide a vehicle tracking system and all vehicles must be fitted with an active tracking device for fleet management purposes.
11.2. The tracking system must as a minimum:
11.2.1. Be web based;
11.2.2. Active on a 24/7/365 basis;
11.2.3. Be able to identify drivers by either a tag or pin code;
11.2.4. Log all routes travelled by the vehicle against the driver;
11.2.5. Monitor real-time trips for locations and route deviations, etc.;
11.2.6. Real-time information and notifications to driver and managers of over speeding events to cell numbers and e-mail.
11.3. All tracking devices must have a panic button for assistance in emergency situations and for emergency response to be dispatched to the location of vehicle or driver in distress.
11.4. The Bidder must install the system at any of the RAF offices nationally.
11.5. Tracking services must include vehicle tracking and recovery (in the event of theft and hi-xxxx).
11.6. Automatic notification if the vehicle moves with the ignition off or if the power to the tracking device is interrupted.
11.7. Automatic notifications if the tracking unit is not responding or does not update in a 24 (twenty-four) hour period, the Bidder needs to attend to any tracking units that malfunctions within 48 (forty-eight) hours nationally depending on the availability of the vehicle.
11.8. Unlimited historical information from the date of the installation regarding all vehicle trips, driver behavior and all types of notifications send must be available. At the end of the contract the information must be available to the RAF for a period of 3 years.
11.9. Multiple reports for fleet specific requirements, must be able to be exported into MS Excel.

Vehicle Tracking. Report The Contractor shall prepare and deliver a Vehicle Tracking/Shipping Report spreadsheet. Reporting is required for all truck and trailer CLINs under this contract. The first report shall be submitted the day of first vehicle delivery and will be provided electronically. The report data shall be maintained current for each day's production as additive to the master file. The Contractor will determine the report format. Vehicle Tracking. The Gatekeeper CVM software functionality includes the ability to track vehicles equipped with a GPS device, as well as its typical RFID tag tracking technology. The GPS tracking technology creates a "transaction" each time a vehicle crosses in-to or out-of the Geofence area shown in Exhibit A. All TNC Driver vehicles (POVs) have smartphones that can track their location via their App/GPS, so no new vehicle hardware or infrastructure is needed.
