Turnstiles. During the 2021 bargaining there was much discussion around missed time-card swipes. The Company has informed and confirmed with the Union that they will be installing new turnstiles, within 6 months of the ratification of this agreement. The parties agree that the current policy with regards to missed time-card swipes will remain in place until such time as the turnstiles are installed. NEW LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #32 – RE: NEW AND REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT Within a reasonable timeframe following Ratification of this Agreement, all Skilled Trades employees will be trained on any new equipment (including any new equipment brought into the plant in the last 12 months) and any altered equipment, including Changeover, Troubleshooting and Preventative Maintenance. NEW LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #33 – RE: VACATION PAY (COVID) Due to the COVID Pandemic, for the 2021 Vacation period, the Company will recognize employees who have worked at least 700 hours in the previous calendar period for the purpose of receiving the “Greater” Vacation benefit. Turnstiles. Landlord shall install glazed security turnstiles in the Office Lobby providing secured access to the Office Elevators as specified by Tenant, and as described more specifically in Section 1.1.2.1 of the Lease and in accordance with the process set forth therein. SCHEDULE 2 BASE BUILDING DESCRIPTION The following terms of this Schedule 2 describe the Base, Shell and Core, subject to Landlord Minor Changes and Tenant Change Items. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Schedule 2 shall have the respective meanings given them in the Lease or Tenant Work Letter, as applicable.
Turnstiles. Tenant shall, as a part of the Renovation Work, reinstall at the Amphitheater's point(s) of entry the turnstiles currently located at the Amphitheater. If, at some time during the term of this Lease, Tenant should wish to install a different type of entry system which would provide the same or better verification of the number of Patrons attending the Tenant Events at the Amphitheater, then Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to the installation of such entry devices in place of the originally installed turnstiles.
