Two Hundred and Sixty. (260) day Employees Vacation Use: Any vacation hours currently due to twelve (12) month employees but unused by the new accrual date each year shall be carried over from year to year up to a maximum of thirty-five (35) days. No vacation may be carried over for more than one (1) year beyond the date on which it became due. Any accrued vacation above thirty-five (35) days that has not been used by August 31st of the school year will be cashed out on an annual basis with the September pay warrant, pursuant to Board Policy 5411 as it exists on September 1, 2010.
