Unclassified Positions. The Employer shall convert classified positions to unclassified status only in accordance with applicable law. Positions that are currently unclassified may be converted to classified consistent with applicable law.
Unclassified Positions. An Employee detailed to an unclassified position will be provided a statement of duties to be performed. An Employee detailed to a classified position will be provided access to the position description to which detailed or statement of duties to be performed. In either case the Employee will be advised as to the duration of the detail.
Unclassified Positions. Student Worker - High School Student Worker - College Substitute Employees Temporary Employees Limited Term/Provisional Employees Newly created positions on which the Association and the District cannot agree regarding inclusion or exclusion from the Unit shall be submitted to the Public Employment Relations Board for clarification.
