Understanding of the Work. The offeror shall provide a detailed step-by-step procedure and methodology which would be used in accomplishing the following two (2) sample tasks to demonstrate its understanding of the tasking required by this solicitation. The offeror shall fully describe relevant processes, procedures, and capabilities used to support accomplishment of these tasks that demonstrate the offeror’s understanding and proposed approach. The offeror shall demonstrate the application of its step-by-step procedures and methodology considering the background provided for each task below. The offeror shall not assume that the Government evaluators possess any knowledge or familiarity with their company or approach in their proposal. The offeror shall submit a detailed and comprehensive response which clearly demonstrates that the offeror understands the task. Offeror responses shall not include any classified information. Each response should include the following information and follow this outline:

Understanding of the Work. Offerors shall respond to two of three sample tasks that best fits the Offeror’s capabilities. Each Offeror is required to respond to sample task one and then select either sample task two or three to respond to. As such, the Government will only evaluate two sample tasks. If an Offeror responds to all three sample tasks, the Government will only evaluate sample tasks one and two, sample task three will not be evaluated. The Government will evaluate the responses in accordance with Section M. Understanding of the Work. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s understanding and approach to the work based on the information provided as required by Section L of this solicitation. The Government will assess the degree of the Offeror’s understanding of the work requirements and assess the offeror’s capability to meet contracts requirements based upon the offeror’s response to the instructions provided in Section L.

  • Project Understanding This project is understood to be the replacement of one (1) hydraulic elevator. The project delivery system is understood to be Design−Bid. Our electrical engineering services for this project will consist of the following. Services not indicated below are considered outside of our basic scope and will be provided upon request as an additional service. It is our understanding that the design of this project will include four (4) deliverables as defined below. The design duration for this project is estimated to be six (6) weeks (not including owner review).

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • FULL UNDERSTANDING Executive acknowledges that Executive has been afforded the opportunity to seek legal counsel, that Executive has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement and that Executive, in consideration for the compensation set forth herein, is voluntarily entering into this Agreement.

  • LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO 3 The parties to the Collective Agreement recognize that production gang work has different requirements than other work performed under the Collective Agreement. Accordingly, the parties agree as follows:

  • Mutual Understanding Each party has read this Agreement, fully understands the contents of it, has had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice regarding the Agreement’s legal effect, and is under no duress regarding its execution.
