UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber Sample Clauses

UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber. 12.5.1 The minimum number of 251(c)(3) UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber strands that CLEC can order is one, and such strands must be ordered on a strand-by-strand basis. The maximum number of such strands that CLEC can order is no greater than 25% of the spare dedicated transport dark fiber in the segment requested. UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber. 12.6.1 Right of revocation of access to 251(c)(3) UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber is distinguishable from Declassification as defined in Section 5 of this Appendix. For clarification purposes, AT&T’s right of revocation of access under this Section 11.9 applies even when the affected dedicated transport dark fiber remains a 251(c)(3) UNE, subject to unbundling obligations under Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, in which case CLEC's rights to the affected network element may be revoked as provided in this Section 12.6.
UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber. 12.7.1 The demarcation point for 251(c)(3) UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber at Central Offices and End User premises will be in an AT&T approved splitter shelf. This arrangement allows for non-intrusive testing.
UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber. 12.8.1 AT&T will install demarcations and place the fiber jumpers from the fiber optic terminals to the demarcation point. CLEC will run its fiber jumpers from the demarcation point (1x2, 90-10 optical splitter) to the CLEC or End User equipment.
UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber. 10.1 Subject to Section 4.0 above of this Attachment, AT&T-21STATE shall provide unbundled access to Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber under the following terms and conditions in this subsection. AT&T-21STATE is not required to provide UNE Loop and/or Dark Fiber Loop on an unbundled basis.

  • Shared Transport The Shared Transport Network Element (“Shared Transport”) provides the collective interoffice transmission facilities shared by various Carriers (including Qwest) between end-office switches and between end-office switches and local tandem switches within the Local Calling Area. Shared Transport uses the existing routing tables resident in Qwest switches to carry the End User Customer’s originating and terminating local/extended area service interoffice Local traffic on the Qwest interoffice message trunk network. CLEC traffic will be carried on the same transmission facilities between end- office switches, between end-office switches and tandem switches and between tandem switches on the same network facilities that Qwest uses for its own traffic. Shared Transport does not include use of tandem switches or transport between tandem switches and end-office switches for Local Calls that originate from end users served by non- Qwest Telecommunications Carriers (“Carrier(s)”) which terminate to QLSP End Users.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.
