Uniforms and Insignia. The uniforms and insignia of the National Army and the National Gendarmerie shall be determined by the Army Command High Council and the Command Council of the National Gendarmerie respectively. Article 72: Security Arrangements for the Establishment of Transitional Institutions In general, security shall be catered for by the Neutral International Force and, in case of delay in its deployment, by the expanded NMOG of which the United Nations assumes responsibility in accordance with Article 53 of this Protocol. The establishment of transitional institutions shall take place after the deployment of the Neutral International Force or the expanded NMOG and after the withdrawal of foreign troops. The withdrawal of foreign troops shall be implemented in accordance with modalities defined in the March 7, 1993 Dar es Salaam Communiqué. In consultation with the Neutral International Force or the Expanded NMOG and the Rwandese Patriotic Front (RPF), the Coalition Government shall make available accommodation for RPF personalities who will be members of the transitional institutions. In consultation with the Neutral International Force or the expanded NMOG, the Broad-Based Transitional Government shall provide accommodation and offices affording suitable security conditions to the members of the Army Command High Council and the Command Council of the National Gendarmerie. The members of these organs shall also be consulted. In order to participate in catering for the security of its personalities, the RPF shall bring to Kigali a security unit whose size is equivalent to one (1) Infantry Battalion of six hundred (600) troops. Paragraph 4: Integration Operations Article 73: Criteria for the Selection of Servicemen in the National Army The selection of servicemen to constitute the National Army by each party and those to be demobilized shall be carried out in the Assembly points. Servicemen to constitute the National Army should meet the following criteria: 1. Uniforms and Insignia. Except for administrative and investigative personnel, and personnel performing undercover/non-uniformed services as provided under this Agreement, all officers shall be in the prescribed uniform of the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office during the performance of their duties. Whenever practical, uniforms worn by transit police personnel shall include a matching rocker atop each regular shoulder patch, identifying the officer as a member of the Transit Police.

  • UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT Section 1. Sworn employees of the Sheriff’s Office who are assigned to positions requiring a uniform shall receive Agency-provided uniforms and accessories in accordance with Agency policy at no cost to the employee. Uniforms worn out through normal use shall be replaced by the Sheriff’s Office as determined and approved by the supply staff. Section 2. Employees shall be permitted to purchase additional approved uniform pieces, excluding badges, from the Purchasing and Materials Division, provided sufficient quantities are on hand to cover the normal, required provision of uniforms to employees as per Section 1 above. Employees must pay for these items at the time of purchase or order. Section 3. Employees assigned to uniformed positions shall be eligible to receive a uniform maintenance allowance in the amount of $150 per year provided the employee spent at least 182 days of the calendar year in a uniform assignment. This allowance will be paid to all eligible employees in the last paycheck of the calendar year each December during the term of this Agreement. Section 4. The Sheriff’s Office shall issue body armor to employees and replace same in accordance with General Order 5-1. Section 5. In the event an employee leaves the employ of the Sheriff’s Office, he shall return to the Sheriff’s Office all equipment, uniforms and accessories, including those personally purchased by the employee in accordance with Section 2 above. Section 6. Employees whose prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses, hearing aids or watches are lost, damaged, or destroyed in the line of duty, except in cases where employee negligence caused or contributed to same, will be reimbursed for repair or replacement subject to the criteria detailed below. The Sheriff’s Office shall not reimburse for any other personal property lost, damaged or destroyed in the line of duty. The maximum reimbursement for prescription eyeglasses or hearing aids is the actual cost to repair or replace the item or $150, whichever is less. The maximum reimbursement for contact lenses or watches is the actual cost to repair or replace the item or $50, whichever is less. Requests for reimbursement for the personal property shall be made in writing to the employee’s immediate supervisor during the work shift in which the article of personal property was lost, damaged or destroyed. Except in cases of loss or when an item is repairable, the item for which reimbursement is sought should be turned in along with the written request for reimbursement. To aid in establishing the amount to be reimbursed, the employee will be required to provide to the Sheriff’s Office the receipt for the repair or replacement prior to reimbursement which must be approved by the Sheriff or his designee.

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 33.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer. 33.2 Suitable protective clothing shall be provided at the employer's expense where the duty involves a risk of excessive soiling or damage to uniforms or personal clothing or a risk of injury to the employee.

No waistcoats (vests), bow ties, denim jeans, t-shirts, jackets or sports shoes will be permitted. a) The Player will be entitled to wear a maximum of 4 (four) logos (for their own benefit and remuneration) on their Event Shirts ("Player Logos") throughout the Event. Player Logos must not exceed 7.5 cm x 5 cm (3” x 2”) or 6 square inches and shall not be permitted to be positioned on the left-chest of each Players Event Shirt or above or below the Event Logo. The Player shall submit to the Promoter no later than 1 (one) week before the first day of the Event details of the Player Logo’s for approval; b) Player logos shall include all logo’s, for the avoidance of doubt logos of federation’s and billiards clubs shall be included in the 4 logos permitted. Player country flags and names shall not be included as a logo; c) the Promoter shall have absolute discretion to disallow a Player the wearing of any Logo that, in the opinion of the Promoter, conflicts with the Event, Promoter, Sponsors, Broadcasters of the Event; d) the Promoter shall reserve the right, to be exercised in its sole discretion, to require the Player to display in addition to the above, a minimum of 1 (one) logo on the Event Shirts to be positioned as instructed by the Promoter for the sole use and exploitation by the Promoter (“Event Logo”); e) the purpose of this clause is not to act as an unfair restraint of trade or otherwise prevent the Player from earning a living.

  • Insignia On or prior to the Delivery Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, Lessee agrees to affix and maintain (or cause to be affixed and maintained), at its expense, in the cockpit of the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate therein and on each Engine a nameplate bearing the inscription: Leased From First Security Bank, National Association, as Owner Trustee, Lessor and, for so long as the Airframe and each Engine shall be subject to the Lien of the Trust Indenture, bearing the following additional inscription: Mortgaged To State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Lessor or successor Indenture Trustee, in each case as permitted under the Operative Documents). Except as above provided, Lessee will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on the Airframe or on any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit Lessee (or any Sublessee) from placing its customary colors and insignia on the Airframe or any Engine.

  • Signage All signs, notices and graphics of every kind or character, visible in or from public corridors, the Building Common Area or the exterior of the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to Landlord’s prior approval of the plans and specifications thereof (including, without limitation, the design, location, and size), Tenant shall have the right (“Exterior Signage Rights”) to install tenant identification signage on the exterior of the Building (the “Sign”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in accordance with all applicable Laws (including any requirements set forth by the applicable agencies in the City and County of San Francisco) (the “Signage Requirements”). Tenant shall erect the Sign in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Landlord, in a good and workmanlike manner, and at all times thereafter, Tenant shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the Sign in a good, clean and safe condition and in accordance with the Signage Requirements, including all repairs and replacements thereto. Upon the occurrence of any event of default and/or upon the termination or earlier expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall promptly remove the Sign, in which event Tenant shall be responsible for and shall repair any damage to the Building resulting therefrom. Tenant’s Exterior Signage Rights hereunder are personal to Dolby California, and, except with respect to an assignment to a Tenant Affiliate or Dolby Entity in connection with an assignment of this Lease, may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given or withheld or given upon conditions in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals (governmental and private) necessary for the installation and maintenance of the Sign. If Tenant fails to remove the Sign as required under this Section 32, Landlord shall have the right, at Tenant’s expense, to remove the Sign. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and protect Landlord and the Landlord Parties and hold Landlord and the Landlord Parties harmless from and against any and all, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, causes of action, liabilities, injuries or expenses arising out of or related to Tenant’s exercise of the Exterior Signage Rights granted hereunder, including, without limitation, any claims of injury to or death of persons or damage to property occurring or resulting directly or indirectly from the installation or maintenance of the Sign on the Building.

  • Exterior Signage Subject to the other party’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, may install (i) identification signage on the existing monument sign located on the exterior of the Building, and (ii) standard exterior signage on the Building entrance and Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install (a) in location(s) on the exterior of the Building consistent with the signage installed by existing tenants (subject to Landlord’s prior written approval), and (b) internal directional and lobby identification signage (collectively, “Tenant Signage”); provided, however, in no event shall Tenant’s Signage include an “Objectionable Name,” as that term is defined in Section 23.3, of this Lease. All such signage shall be subject to Tenant’s obtaining all required governmental approvals. All permitted signs shall be maintained by Tenant at its expense in a first-class and safe condition and appearance. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall remove all of its signs at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. The graphics, materials, color, design, lettering, lighting, size, illumination, specifications and exact location of Tenant’s Signage (collectively, the “Sign Specifications”) shall be subject to the prior written approval of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and shall be consistent and compatible with the quality and nature of the Project. Tenant hereby acknowledges that, notwithstanding Landlord’s approval of Tenant’s Signage, Landlord has made no representation or warranty to Tenant with respect to the probability of obtaining all necessary governmental approvals and permits for Tenant’s Signage. In the event Tenant does not receive the necessary governmental approvals and permits for Tenant’s Signage, Tenant’s and Landlord’s rights and obligations under the remaining terms and conditions of this Lease shall be unaffected. Except as required by applicable law, Landlord shall not install any other signage on the Building. If Landlord elects to install a multi-tenant identification sign at the entrance to the Project, Tenant shall be entitled to install its name on such sign (subject to availability on a pro-rata basis based on the relative square footages leased by the tenants of the Project), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Landlord shall remove or cause to be removed all existing tenant signage from the Building and surrounding area on or before the Lease Commencement Date.
