Union Access to the Workplace. ‌ The duly authorized representatives of the Union shall have the right to visit the workplace to inspect working conditions and to generally carry out the terms of this agreement, provided they report to the Human Resources Manager and provided that this right shall be exercised only at reasonable and mutually convenient times and shall not interfere with production.

Union Access to the Workplace. ‌ Any authorised union representative is entitled to enter the employer’s workplace to discuss any employment related matters with union members and to conduct the union’s business which may include recruitment of new members and provision of information to staff. Entry must be at reasonable times in a reasonable way, having regard to normal business operations in the workplace.
Union Access to the Workplace. Any authorized Union Representative may, upon receiving permission from the Company, enter the Plant, including the production floor accompanied by a member of the HR team, to inspect working conditions and to generally carry out the terms of this agreement, provided all plant rules and procedures applicable to all visitors are followed, and the Union Representative does not engage in any activity that is disruptive or interferes with the operation of the workplace nor do they unduly occupy the time of employees during working hours. In the event that the Company deems it necessary to meet with an employee away from their work station, the employee will be accompanied by a Xxxxxxx. Shop Stewards shall not leave their work to process or deal with any matter without first advising and receiving approval from their immediate Supervisor. The Company shall exercise reasonableness in their handling of such requests. In all meetings between the Company and an employee, the employee or Xxxxxxx if applicable, may request a translator and the Company will make best efforts to supply one from the bargaining unit or supervisory staff subject to any potential conflicts of interest.

  • Access to the Workplace Union health and safety staff or Union consultants shall be provided access to the workplace and to attend meetings of the committee or Union committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.

  • DATA/ACCESS/CONFIDENTIALITY/ PRESERVATION 10.1 As used in this Agreement, the word “data” shall mean all information and things developed or obtained during the performance of, or acquired or developed by reason of, this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all studies, reports, files, formulae, surveys, maps, charts, sound recordings, video recordings, pictorial reproductions, drawings, analyses, graphic representations, computer programs, computer printouts, notes, letters, memoranda, papers, and documents, all whether finished or unfinished.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Max-Tel ’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.
