- Union Bank Hours a. For each separate fiscal year covered by the term of this Agreement, the Union will be allocated a total of 500 Union bank hours per bargaining unit for designated Union members to (1) attend monthly xxxxxxx meetings, conferences, legislative sessions, or conventions and (2) represent employees at any step of the grievance procedure, discipline, demotion, suspension, or termination proceeding/hearing. Employee Management Relations Committee (“EMRC”) meetings are not considered union business and bargaining-unit members who attend these meetings will not be required to clock out unless overtime will be accrued. Overtime will not be paid for such meetings. If a representational matter is de minimis, e.g., 30 minutes or less, utilization of Union bank hours is not required.

- Union Bank Hours a. For each separate fiscal year covered by the term of this Agreement, the Union will be allocated a total of 400 Union bank hours per bargaining unit for designated Union members to (1) attend monthly xxxxxxx meetings, conferences, legislative sessions, or conventions and (2) represent employees at any step of the grievance procedure, discipline, demotion, suspension, or termination proceeding/hearing.
- Union Bank Hours. Each fiscal year, the union shall be authorized no more than 40 hours to be used by the Union to release the Shop Xxxxxxx or the alternate Shop Xxxxxxx to attend conferences, legislative sessions, and conventions. The Union must provide the County a written request, a minimum of 14 calendar days, prior to the event to be attended. The County shall not be responsible for compensating the employee during this release time, nor shall the employee accrue benefits during the absence. Attendance at these events shall not be considered hours worked for the purposes of computing overtime, nor shall attendance at these events be considered a break in service. Unused bank hours shall not accumulate from year to year.

You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Overtime Banking Employees desiring to bank overtime may elect to do so under the following criteria: * The half time associated to overtime may be banked up to a total of 24 hours per calendar year. This limit may be replenished throughout the year. * Banked time must be taken in full day increments or the employee may elect to receive the pay. * Employees must have cleared or be scheduled to clear their hours account by December 15. If the account is not cleared then the employee will be paid the balance in cash. * Payment will be based on the current rate of pay at the time the banked time is used. * Time off must be requested in advance, unless bona fide illness. (Company will monitor) * Time off will be subject to Company service requirements and no additional cost to the Company. * Implementation of the Overtime Banking arrangement will be subject to the development of an appropriate computer system.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Contact Point 1. Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement.

  • Agency of Human Services The Agency of Human Services is responsible for overseeing all contracts and grants entered by any of its departments, boards, offices and business units, however denominated. The Agency of Human Services, through the business office of the Office of the Secretary, and through its Field Services Directors, will share with any named AHS-associated party to this Agreement oversight, monitoring and enforcement responsibilities. Party agrees to cooperate with both the named AHS-associated party to this contract and with the Agency of Human Services itself with respect to the resolution of any issues relating to the performance and interpretation of this Agreement, payment matters and legal compliance.

  • Vacation Bank Vacation entitlement is determined by Article 13. For the purposes of Article 13, hours worked or credited as paid leave will be based on an accelerated rate of 1.25 hours credit for each hour worked. Mechanism for the vacation bank is determined by current local practices. Drawing from the vacation bank will occur at an accelerated rate of 1.25 paid hours for every hour taken as vacation (i.e. 11.25 hours worked equals 14.05 hours paid; 7.5 hours worked equals 9.375 hours paid). Vacation must be taken as a full weekend off (i.e. Saturday and Sunday). The maximum number of weekends off cannot exceed the week entitlement level determined by Article 13. Single vacation days may be taken on weekdays, which need not be in conjunction with the Saturday and Sunday. Vacation – Interruption does not apply.

  • Union Representative or Xxxxxxx Access A Union representative or xxxxxxx shall, upon written authority of the employee, be entitled to read and review an employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. Upon request, the Union representative or xxxxxxx shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents.
