Common use of Union Education Clause in Contracts

In order to promote an understanding of trade unionism, the University shall permit a representative of the local Union to schedule an open information session for the student body at least once a year. The time, place and format of such a presentation shall be mutually agreed upon and attendance by students shall be voluntary.
