Union Representatives Leave. When it is necessary for a Union member to make a request for a leave of absence to perform the duties of any office of the Union, the application for leave must be made in writing to the Employer for approval. The time off shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of two (2) years. Extension of such leave may be granted, if submitted in writing and approved by the Employer.
