Hospital Any institution which is legally licensed as a medical or surgical facility in the country in which it is located, which is a) primarily engaged in providing diagnostic and therapeutic facilities for clinical and surgical diagnosis, treatment and care of injured and sick persons by or under the supervision of a staff of physicians; and b) not a place of rest, a place for the aged or nursing or convalescent home or institution or a long term care facility.
PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.
MIDDLE SCHOOLS 1. Where there are no negotiated provisions concerning the implementation or operation of a middle school program, this article shall govern the implementation or operation of a middle school program in a school district.
Employer The minimum periods of notice to be given by an employer are governed by the Employment Rights Xxx 0000: Continuous Service Period of Notice One month or more Not less than one week but less than two years Two years or more but Not less than one week for each year less than twelve years of continuous service Twelve years or more Not less than twelve weeks
TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. Employee Orientation Each and every person working for a contractor, including sub- contractors, will be given an orientation to familiarize them with the site safety program. Unless otherwise specified, each sub-contractor is responsible for the orientation of their workers.
Playground A playground area provided for children twelve years old and younger to play on shall be provided. Each playground must include features that appeal to children within the above age group including some of the following: slides, monkey bars, ladders, tunnels, climbers, bridges, ramps, platforms, etc. All playground equipment must be of commercial grade. Each playground must include a minimum of six (6) features.

Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.
