Unpaid Leaves. 21.01 Employees requesting a leave of absence shall be made in writing to the Care Manager or their Designate and may be granted at the Employer's discretion. The employee shall make every reasonable effort to give at least fourteen (14) days' notice to minimize disruption of staff.
