Unsatisfactory Performance and Misconduct. 54.3.1 The stages of the Disciplinary Procedure for unsatisfactory performance and/or misconduct (other than serious misconduct or serious and wilful misconduct) are as follows:
Unsatisfactory Performance and Misconduct. 35.5.1 Where the Employer considers the performance or conduct of an Employee to be unsatisfactory or inappropriate, but the Employee is not alleged to have engaged in Serious Misconduct, the following process will apply.
Unsatisfactory Performance and Misconduct. 35.1.The University‟s guidelines on unsatisfactory performance and misconduct for general staff are applied in all cases of unsatisfactory performance and possible misconduct. These guidelines were developed in consultation with members of the consultative committee under the previous Agreement. Any proposed changes to the guidelines will be subject to consultation in the Consultative Committee.
