USE OF BUILDINGS FOR ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use the facilities exclusively used to house ECHO programs for meetings and to transact official Association business at all reasonable times outside the normal work day provided that such business does not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations or other prior scheduled use and provided that when special custodial or other services are required as a result of such use, the Board may make a reasonable charge. The Association shall submit a request to the Director or his/her designee within a reasonable period of time prior to such contemplated use. The Association shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless ECHO, its members, its agents, and its employees against any and all liability arising out of such use. The Association assumes liability for any and all damage to the facilities exclusively used to house ECHO programs resulting from such use. Such use shall be subject to reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by the Board and the policies of ECHO relating to building use. Building representatives may call site-based meetings during duty-free lunch time or outside of the normal work day not to exceed thirty (30) minutes in duration. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to conduct site-based business only in the space that is exclusively leased by ECHO programs. All provisions contained in the preceding paragraph pertaining to Association use of the facilities exclusively used to house ECHO programs shall be applicable to such site-based meetings.

  • Time Off for Association Business 21.01 Upon written request by the Association to the permanent head, and with the approval in writing of the permanent head, leave with pay shall be awarded to an employee as follows:

  • Leave for Association Business The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses selected by the Association to attend Association business including conferences, conventions and Provincial Committee meetings and to any nurse elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. The cumulative total leave of absence, the amount of notice, the number of nurses that may be absent at any time from one area and the number of days (including those of the Local Co-ordinator) is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. During such leave of absence, a nurse's salary and applicable benefits or percentage in lieu of fringe benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the local Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the daily rate of the full-time nurse or in the amount of the full cost of such salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits of a part-time nurse except for Provincial Committee meetings which will be reimbursed by the Association. The Hospital will bill the local Association within a reasonable period of time. Part-time nurses will receive service and seniority credit for all leaves granted under this Article.

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx'x office, as provided by Canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by the Xxxxxx, Wardens and Vestry.

  • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

  • Office Space for Receiver and Corporation For the period commencing on the day following Bank Closing and ending on the one hundred eightieth (180th) day thereafter, the Assuming Bank agrees to provide to the Receiver and the Corporation, without charge, adequate and suitable office space (including parking facilities and vault space), furniture, equipment (including photocopying and telecopying machines), email accounts, network access and technology resources (such as shared drive) and utilities (including local telephone service and fax machines) at the Bank Premises occupied by the Assuming Bank for their use in the discharge of their respective functions with respect to the Failed Bank. In the event the Receiver and the Corporation determine that the space provided is inadequate or unsuitable, the Receiver and the Corporation may relocate to other quarters having adequate and suitable space and the costs of relocation and any rental and utility costs for the balance of the period of occupancy by the Receiver and the Corporation shall be borne by the Assuming Bank. Additionally, the Assuming Bank agrees to pay such bills and invoices on behalf of the Receiver and Corporation as the Receiver or Corporation may direct for the period beginning on the date of Bank Closing and ending on Settlement Date. Assuming Bank shall submit it requests for reimbursement of such expenditures pursuant to Article VIII of this Agreement.

  • Use of County Buildings The Union shall be allowed the use of areas normally used for meeting purposes for meetings of County employees during non-work hours when:
