Use of City Vehicle. When an employee, not assigned a take-home vehicle, is required to transport a witness(es) to a Court appearance, start of overtime is generally when the employee checks out the vehicle. If this employee also provides transportation for other employees, the start and end of overtime for employees who are provided transportation shall be the same as specified in Article 4.3.D.
