Use of Force Committee. 68. The Use of Force Committee (UFC) will conduct timely, comprehensive, and reliable reviews of all Level 2, 3, 4, and 5 uses of force. The UFC will be formed and meet at least two times within one year of the Effective Date.

Use of Force Committee. Use of Force Reports will be reviewed by a stand- ing Committee on Use of Force, appointed by the Chief of Police, consisting of the Superintendent or his/her designee, Patrol Operations Division Commander, a Su- pervisor assigned to the Professional Standards Unit, the Training Supervisor, the Department Firearms Instructor, and a Patrol Officer. {1.3.7} Quarterly, the Use of Force Committee will review each Use of Force Report to xx- xxxxxxx whether the use of force was in compliance with Department policy, rules, and procedures. The Committee’s findings will be submitted through the chain of command to the Chief of Police for review and appropriate action. {1.3.7}

  • Use of Force CONTRACTOR shall develop and implement use of force policies and procedures in compliance with Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code, FDC policies and procedures, and accepted industry practice.

  • Duration of Force Majeure An Interconnection Party shall not be responsible, or considered to be in Breach or Default under this Interconnection Service Agreement, for any non-performance, any interruption or failure of service, deficiency in the quality or quantity of service, or any other failure to perform any obligation hereunder to the extent that such failure or deficiency is due to Force Majeure. An Interconnection Party shall be excused from whatever performance is affected only for the duration of the Force Majeure and while the Interconnection Party exercises Reasonable Efforts to alleviate such situation.
